i had a really good experience with this roofing company after dealing with a lot of problems with our existing roof. michael was a big reason it went so well. he made himself available even with a busy schedule, stayed responsive, and followed through on everything. the crew did solid roofing work, including metal valleys, new roof drainage details, heat cable, and upgraded electrical tied to the roofing system. they also came back quickly to take care of a small issue after the job, which showed real accountability. it is important to hire a roofer who understands the needs of the home, roof structure, and proper weather protection. we learned that having an experienced roofing team makes a big difference in quality, communication, and long term results.

A friend referred me to Roof Flow Novato Roof Repair, so I called for help with my new roof. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the start. They arrived on time for the roofing estimate, explained the roof system clearly, and also shared helpful details about gutters and drainage. Dillon was knowledgeable and made the whole process simple to understand. I was given a clear quote and a realistic schedule, and the work was completed just as promised. The crew did a great job on the roof and gutter work, kept everything organized, and made the experience smooth and stress free. I was very impressed and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter services.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish with Roof Flow Novato Roof Repair. I was on a tight timeline, and they were able to fit in the roof repair work without any hassle. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which really matters to me as a business owner. They were honest about the condition of the roofing and explained what was truly needed, even when I asked about doing more extensive work. I appreciated their clear communication, fair approach, and strong knowledge of shingles, flashing, and overall roof maintenance. It is a great feeling to know you can trust a roofing team when you need dependable help. The whole process felt smooth, efficient, and handled with care. Next time I need any roof repair or roofing service, I know exactly who I will call. Fantastic people and excellent work.

Roof Flow Novato Roof Repair worked on my father’s home, my mother-in-law’s home, and also handled my own roof replacement and siding work in Novato. After seeing the results on several houses, I can honestly give a very strong recommendation. The crew delivered solid workmanship, clear communication, and professional service from start to finish. During my roof replacement, the insurance company first tried to approve a lower-grade shingle, but Michael stayed on top of the process and kept pushing for the proper roofing material. In the end, everything was approved the way it should have been. That kind of follow-through gave me a lot of confidence. The roof installation was done with care, the siding work looked clean, and the whole job helped protect the home while also improving curb appeal. I appreciated the honest approach, strong work ethic, and the way every part of the project was handled smoothly.
