The roof turned out decent, and I had no leaks, but the quality is lacking, and professionalism is horrible. They only care about rushing through the job and not worry about quality control. Kurt was pleasant at first but demanded I pay …

Hi Gerald, I'm not sure who you talked to. We have no record of you calling. There is another company in your area with a similar name that you might have called. We do not service Solano County. Also, we do roof repairs and reroofs so I'm not sure the information you provided was accurate. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with whoever you talked to but I don't think it was us. Thank you.

Fantastic experience with this company! I would hire again in a heartbeat for all my future roofing’s, but hopefully I’m done for while. Our roof needed a lot of love in all the ways. NPR gave us a fair bid for all the work that was required, kept in constant communication that was professional yet laid back, and worked within the proposed timeline. I’m thrilled with their service. Highly recommend 🌟

Northern did a great job. Came out with large crew and removed and replaced existing roof in two days. One small hiccup that they are resolving. Was expecting it to take 4 days so thrilled when it was complete in 2. Communication was great leading up to the work and during the work. Highly recommend.
