Frank is a complete fraud. He shows different contractor licenses, but none of them are his. There are a ton of business complaints to the licensing board lodged against him. He “fixed” my roof and the problem consisted. He insisted it was …

Unfortunately, this is somone claiming to be a past customer of ours we have never performed work for anyone named Crista Locke. It is extremely disheartening to see someone would like to put a bad review in an attempt to discredit a business and harm someones income. All of our customers know Roof Artisan LLC is a project management company. Any licenses or permits required are always pulled and posted on the front doors of our customers. As a project management company we partner with dozens of types of contractors. Our phone number is 1-800-945-0311 or 813-361-7444 and is always answered. If by some chance Crista is a real person with a different name call me perhaps we can work on getting any issues you have addressed.

Took nearly a year to complete and they spilled roofing tar all over the driveway and damaged the stucco on the house with a ladder. They agreed to repair, but 5 months later have not. Communication was virtually non-existent the entire time. I followed up again and got a highly unprofessional response from Frank , the owner, that "I will not be repairing the shutter. I will mail you $20 to fix it with someone else. " since then, he falsely claimed that the damage was already there, when in fact I have pictures with the tarp on the roof and no damage. I always make sure I am thorough in documenting facts prior to contract work for this exact reason.

Tim, we are very sad to hear your displeasure after doing 2 roofs for 2 separate houses. You liked us so much that you called us back for a second house. The damage was there prior to performing the installation of the roof. We have pictures to prove the damage was there prior to fixing the roof. The superintendent offered to fix it for you but you never provided the paint. Frank also offered to compensate you. We exhausted every effort to assist you with previous damage not caused by us.

Frank was so helpful with getting our roof replaced after storm damage. He walked me through the process step by step with my insurance company. This was my first homeowners claim so I was really nervous about it but he is such an expert and so professional I’m very thankful he was recommended to me. The roof looks great and was done quickly with zero mess left behind.

Jose and Jerónimo were professional, honest, and helpful. The owner can be rude sometimes, but his workers are truly really good.

Thank you for your kind words for our workers, often times as an owner being honest and direct in emergency response conditions like Hurricane response can seem rude however someone must make guidelines and decisions when time, energy and resources matter. We appreciate your positive review and we are grateful for the opportunity to perform and assist you during a difficult time.
