  Made a appointment for a estimate and they called the day before appointment and said they didn't want to drive to Lakeland to do the estimate they would look on Google at my roof and give me a estimate from that?!?! How the hell do you know what repairs my roof needs from Google and not putting eyes on it.. SMH. Would not recommend.

When Maggie called to let you know his new arrival time and see if it was ok, or to reschedule, you hung up on her.   Where do I begin? They take your money and run with it! I was promised that my Lani would be repair It was currently leaking. They were so confident that it would work! When there crew came out to fix it to install a seal and membrane on the lanai it started to leak again after the rain came in. I contacted them and provided pictures. No one never responded to my email so I had to call! They came back out to patch the repair, but it was said to us that John wasn’t paying attention to his partner so he missed a few areas! Unprofessional to say to a customer if you ask me. But he patched it after a 2nd attempt. It rained again and still leaks! On the 3rd time John came while it was raining to see that it was leaking and wanted to pin point where. It was then told us that it was the shingles that is attach to our house that needs to be repair because water is getting underneath. Two weeks go by I had to call over and over to get a proposal. The owner then decides to chime in and offers for me to save $500 on paying for the shingles. After he already took my check for the patio and cashed it. So you don’t try to deduct what I already paid. You try to charge me more? What if that doesn’t work? Then what I have come out even more out of pocket! You keep milking my money especially during a pandemic! The only reason I chose them is because it was a family own business and I was supporting family own business during a pandemic for what? So they can slap me in my face! No thanks! I do not recommend them at all! I will he reporting this!

  Decided not to go with this company. Number one, the estimate was almost $1,000 more for the same work as the next nearest estimate and two I made two calls to try and speak with someone about the work description in the written estimate being different from what I was told verbally but nobody would call me back. Not good business.

  Rick, I'm sorry to hear that you thought our estimate was to high, we do recommend that you get three estimates to compare the work that needs to be done on your project. Also I would suggest that you make sure that the company you go with is licensed, Bonded and Insured and has a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and Greater Chamber of Commerce and that all the workers stepping on your roof are covered under Workman's Compensation and General Liability Insurance. We wish you well on your home roof project.

  No show for scheduled estimate. No call, no answer, no return call. Thankfully there are plenty other local roofing companies

  I would give this company zero stars. First, they come to inspect the roof, measure it, and calculate the estimated price. They're older, experienced, and native to this country. After you accept the job, they send three young guys from Central America. Nothing against them, but the results are terrible. When it rains heavily, you can see the blockage or leak in part of the roof of one of the closets. You complain, and they send someone to put tar on it, leaving you to pray that the same thing doesn't happen when the storms come. And don't even get me started on the gutters. They're poorly connected. One comes from the roof and the other is supposed to go to the garden floor. You complain because all the rainwater runs out the back, which is so short and creates a large opening where the water flows back to the edge of the house walls instead of going to the garden, which is the intended purpose. You complain, and they ignore you. I don't have the necessary tools to cut the piece needed and place it inside those gutters, preventing it from coming out at the joint, and that's what we paid for, and it wasn't cheap. They don't do the job properly, and they don't even care about you after you've paid. And where's the supposed warranty? Well, I'll translate this into English later and post it again.

  I called to see if they were flexible on the deposit they demand before starting a work. The lady who answer looked like they were not interested in the business. When I said "thank you, anyway" she hang the phone without even saying good bye. Very disrespectful

  First time hiring contractors for such a big job on my forever home and they did not disappoint. Lets face it many say we are the best, but lack the capacity for in person conversations with clear answers to what is expected from the customer and the contractors. Outstanding job.   Jerry's replaced a roof for me 5 years ago. I was happy with the work. I had another roof replacement needing to be done this year. I called Jerry's. Very pleased with the response and work. Once I obtained HOA approval, Jerry's had the roof replaced within 2 weeks. Price increased considerably from 5 years ago, but I am happy with the quality of materials and work. Jerry's is the roofer I called in the past and will be calling in the future.
