Roger's Roofing provided us a next available estimate time slot and sent David out to discuss our perceived need, a water leak caused by serious horizontal rain. He inspected inside and out and was able to verify a water path. We were all in!. RR found a slot for their crew to arrive in 5 days. Carlos and his 7 men/women crew arrived at 7:15am on our assigned day and worked their behinds off till 8:00pm thru 110 degrees "feels like" neat and 95%+ humidity to get our roof squared away. They worked as a team, knew their skills and made our repair/new roof happen. They laid down protective tarps to control debree (nails and such) and continuously cleaned the area surrounding our house. Some neighbors stopped while driving by and inquired if "my crew" was from Rogers Roofing and I was happy to encourage them to call for estimates on their leak repairs.

Wow, what an phenomenal experience we had! We have a bigger multi-layer cedar wood roof and have owned the house for 35 years. We were doing research online for good roofing companies and came across Rogers Roofing. When reading the excellent reviews, we really loved the fact that Rogers Roofing included such a thorough inspection with video and pictures at no cost. Our inspection lasted just about 90 minutes and the reviews didn't lie. RYAN- our sales guy, was so friendly and helpful at the same time. RYAN sat down with us on the couch for over 2hrs and explained the entire process of laying down the new roof and the features and benefits, such as the long warranty and yearly free inspections. RYAN did our intial inspection and he found a lot of issues with our roof. We had some water, missing shingles, only 2 inches of insulation in attic when we need 14-16 to meet standards, and animals getting in the attic though broken vents. RYAN gave us a very good deal that we could not pass up. There was room to negotiate and they really worked with us. We do want to sell the house soon, so it's nice that when we sell, the Rogers warranty will transfer over to the new owners. We were more than pleased so far and didn't plan on buying a roof that day, but we did! It came out beautiful too!!! We had a crew of 8 total men come. They were on the roof by 6-7am everyday and worked super hard and diligently. Sometimes they wouldn't leave until 8pm at night. The roof looks AMAZING and came out perfect. The job took 2 days total. All shingles are aligned, no buckling and everything is laying flat! We couldn't be happier! And boy did they clean! They were here to nightfall cleaning up all the old cedar shingles and all the nails/wood. Our driveway and house looked cleaner outside then it did before we started! These men are super hardworking and know what they are doing I also wanted to call out our project manager aka supervisor- ERWIN. He was super professional, handled any request
