This company is completely mismanaged. Over the course of several months, they sent out four separate technicians to look at a leak we reported coming from the roof. Each time, they seemed completely uninformed of the severity, recency and even location of said leak, even after each one was given a detailed description, several pictures and videos. The situation has still yet to be resolved. Gary, the scheduler, was consistently dismissive and rude during our phone conversations and constantly interrupted me while I was trying to explain the issue or communicate our availability. Complete and total waste of time.

Thank you Travis. Travis went out of his way to help a couple seniors. After he looked over the situation, I can get that fixed now if you have a hammer and some nails. He’s a man that’s not out for the almighty $$$$. God bless you Travis. Please keep him in mind for ANY home repairs. John Nagel
