  Worst of the worst. They'll waste your time. Play phone tag or not even answer. Don't respond to emails either! Avoid them at cost.

  Tried calling several times and never got a call back when I had questions about the estimate given in May. Now, after the hurricane, called to see if they could come back out and check it ( I had to call a couple times as they don’t return calls) and they want $125 to just come look at the roof. Nope, not paying to get another estimate. We already got gutters from them, so they lost a repeat customer!

  Website says calls returned next day, I had had to wait 2 weeks and then someone showed up with no warning. Repeated leaks they did finally take care of one after being called for about 2 years. Just had them out again for Another leak, it is not fixed.

  Prompt-our roof was replaced within 3 days after contacting RBR. Friendly-salesperson and workers were very nice to work with. Good service-worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.

  Tony was great from start to finish of our roof replacement. The roofers worked their butts off from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and completed the roof on our house in one day. We're very pleased with all those we came in contact with from RBR and the work that was done. Thank you all!

  Had a complete roof replacement. Entire process was great. Crew was wonderful, they did a great job. After install They cleaned up and left the property as if nothing happened. New Roof looks beautiful
