  ​Great pre-contract service, but post-installation communication flatlined. It took 22 days to get missing ridge vents installed after notifying Randy to which he replied, "I never noticed I will get it taken care of." 8 days have passed since with zero follow-up. Customer care & service simply didn't match the sales pitch. I will not recommend Mission Ready Roofing.

  I want to say thanks again to RandyClark and to Mission Ready Roofing. The crew that did the roof did an excellent job and cleaned everything up afterwards. I can’t find a roofing nail anywhere. Thanks guys. I will recommend Randy Clark and Mission Ready to anyone that is thinking about a roof.

  Randy and his team did a top-notch job on my roof. After Hurrincane Milton did quite a bit of damage on our roof, our insurance company only wanted to pay for a "repair" that didn't meet our hurricane deductable. We got a few quotes that said not repairable and gained no traction on our insurance company, but Randy went the extra mile and documented to our insurance company WHY it wasn't repairable. After his reporting, they agreed the roof needed to be replaced. Due to his efforts, my roof is better and more durable than the initial roof installed back in 2016, and my solor is back online in a reasonable amount of time. We also gained a quality new contact in the solar market due to this experience. Thank you Mission Ready!

  They did an amazing job with our roof and helped battle our insurance company because they didn't want to pay for the roof they only wanted to do a small patch job.. But, Mission Ready Roofing knocked it out if the park and helped get over 3/4 of the cost from the insurance company. Now to Mission Ready Roofing we have a new roof for the up coming hurricane season.. Big thanks to Brian Mole with Mission Ready Roofing for helping take care of everything and helping things go smooth. Bryan and Melissa Kennedy

  Randy came out, inspected our current roof and discussed the process of replacement. Very professional. They were on time with each phase. The roofers performed flawlessly as a team from arrival to clean up after installation-1 day. No blaring music, no shouting or loud conversation. Truly a very good experience.
