Initial call made to the company to come do An estimate looked promising…this was the last communication made from them even after multiple try’s the least that could be done is to let potential customers know if they are to buisy to entertain the job. Very poor costumer service

Hi Joanne, We are very sorry for our poor communication with you. We have been extremely busy and my apologies if we did not make it clear that we are shorthanded, especially for estimating, and we are too busy to take on new work this year (booking into next year, currently). Unfortunately, in addition to this our office administrator has been on an indefinite medical leave and consequently have struggled with our communication.

Exceptional service, professional and amazing to deal with! The crew even replaced my old roof in one day and it looks great. Highly recommend RLB Roofing, plus they are nice, down to earth people which is nice.

I called them for my roof that was leaking and some of the sheathing was rotten where a lower roof met the side of the home. It was a small job on an old house. They were able to come out, quote the job and complete the work without any issue. They did a good job and everyone I spoke to throughout the process was confident and easy to communicate with. I would recommend them again, Thanks Rylie 👋🏼

Rylie and the guys did a great job repairing our roof. We were on a tight schedule with selling our home, so time was of the essence. I appreciated the politeness and professionalism of everyone involved. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Rylie
