Was quoted and paid for shingle replacement and caulking plus roof inspection. The guy that came was only on my roof for 30 min and replaced a mix match shingle and didn’t caulk or inspect anything.

I set an appointment for a quote for a new roof a week out and they waited until the day of to call me and tell me they were too busy to give the quote and potentially complete the job. They could have called me sooner to let me know this if they didn't want to "waste my time."

  Reply from the business

Niki, we apologize for the miscommunication. We had no intention of cancelling your appointment, and we are happy to provide a free estimate as requested. However due to your roof’s issues which may need an immediate replacement, we did explain in a message that we could not provide a full replacement this year, but could provide temporary repairs. We have roof replacements scheduled through the end of the year, and we are not able to schedule yours prior to customers that were previously scheduled. We are a company of integrity, and we do not want to occupy your time if the temporary repairs with a roof replacement next year would not be satisfactory. Please call the owner, Jamie, at 440-975-0880 at your earliest convenience to discuss this further.

Exceptional service from start to finish—RJK Roofing Solutions is highly recommended! I recently hired RJK Roofing Solutions for a new roof and gutter replacement, and they delivered as promised and actually exceeded my expectations. After three meetings and many emails with the project consultant Greg T., who answered many questions and concerns of mine, and after a few iterations of the proposal, I signed the contract with RJK Roofing. Greg patiently made the updates to the proposal and provided many shingle samples of the colors available for my review. The onsite project manager Adam S. scheduled a meeting to review the details of the contract and provide an estimated start date. We did a complete review and walk around of the house to ensure that there was no confusion on exactly what was to be done. The roof tear-off and installation took two days as estimated. The crew covered everything around the house as requested to prevent any damage and worked diligently under the hot late July sunny conditions. In addition to the new roof two skylights were replaced, a new third was installed along with a new roof vent for an exhaust fan. Their cleanup around the house and yard absolutely exceeded my expectations. The gutter installation was completed on the third day following the completion of the roof installation. Before starting, we did a complete walk around of the house with Adam and the crew and reviewed all the placement details to ensure the installation would meet expectations, which it ultimately did. Throughout the entire process my communications with both Greg and Adam were always professional. The roof and gutter crews worked diligently and carefully while completing the installations. If you are looking for a five-star roofing company with integrity, RJK Roofing Solutions is highly recommended.

They installed my roof about five years ago and I have been very satisfied. After the strong storm that went through last week, they were very willing to come out to inspect for any damage when I requested. Great company, very friendly staff!

Adam came out to do the inspection when I wasn’t at home and he kept me up-to-date during the process, sending me pictures as well. He was very honest and let me know that I did not need my roof replaced, and he also took care of a couple of screw holes that he found. I would definitely recommend this company.
