We had a leak in the flashing on our tile roof near the valley, which seems to be a common issue on this type of home, especially after regular pressure washing. The roofing team was professional from start to finish. They came out, did a thorough roof inspection, found the source of the leak, and gave us a fair price for the repair. The work was completed on time, even during the rainy season in Delray Beach, and the repair was done the right way. We are very happy with the results and plan to call them again for another roofing repair in a different area. We highly recommend them in Delray Beach for tile roof and flashing repair services.

As a Commercial Property Manager and Director of Facility Operations, I have relied on River Stone Roof Depot for commercial roofing maintenance, leak repairs, inspections, and full roof replacement work across our properties in Delray Beach. Everett, Leo, and the rest of the crew have been a steady, dependable team for keeping our roofing systems in good shape and helping extend roof life in the Florida heat, heavy rain, and storm season. Their service and project team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They take time to answer questions, explain roofing options clearly, and recommend the best solution for the building and budget. I also value how they focus on long term roof performance instead of quick fixes, which has helped us plan maintenance better and avoid bigger issues later. The service manager has always been great with scheduling and quick follow-up. Even during urgent situations, they respond fast and work hard to resolve problems as soon as possible. We recently had a new roof installed on an industrial property, and the field supervisor stayed in communication from start to finish. The project was completed ahead of schedule, the job site was handled well, and the scope stayed clear without unexpected add-ons. Their estimating process was thorough, and they covered the important details up front, which gave me confidence throughout the project. It is rare to find a roofing contractor that combines strong communication, quality workmanship, and solid budget awareness so well. I look forward to continuing to work with this team for our commercial roofing needs.

I have nothing but great things to say about this roofing company. Leo was very honest from the start, and Leo with the crew did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Before the main roof repair began, they came out quickly to tarp the roof and protect my home from more damage and heavy Florida rain. I was given one clear quote, and even though the roof ended up needing more work than first expected, they kept their word and did not add extra charges. The crew worked with me throughout the whole process, stayed efficient, and delivered strong quality workmanship. They communicated well, kept the job site organized, and made sure the new roofing system was completed the right way. This was some of the best service I have received from a roofing contractor in a long time, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I highly recommend River Stone Roof Depot for any roofing work. I contacted three roofers to get an estimate for a small roof leak that left a light stain on my ceiling. One said a corner ridge shingle had a crack and wanted to replace shingles. Another thought the issue was around the vent nails and suggested resealing all the roof vents. Everett took a more careful approach. He checked the roof, then looked inside the attic and around the stained area to trace where the moisture really came from. Because there were no water marks on the attic wood, they explained that the stain was most likely caused by wind-driven rain during a strong Florida storm that pushed a little water through a vent opening, not by a failing roof system. That honest inspection saved me from paying for roof repairs I did not need. I really appreciated the clear communication, the detailed roofing knowledge, and the time spent checking both the shingles and attic ventilation before giving an answer. When it is time for my older roof replacement, this will be the only roofing company I call.

i called several roofing contractors, and company: River Stone Roof Depot got back to me first. i asked for a fast roof inspection right away because my roof had a leak and i was worried about more water getting into the house in Delray Beach. leo and the crew arrived promptly, checked the shingles, flashing, and problem areas, and found storm damage on the roof. They handled the repair process well, worked closely with the adjuster, and got the leak fixed. A few other roofers contacted me too, and i asked for estimates, but i am glad i chose this one because the pricing was more reasonable and the service felt more honest. The whole job was smooth, professional, and very helpful, and my roof is now in much better shape.

i recommend this roofing company to everyone i know. Everett was on time, efficient, and very thorough. A friend from work told me to call after i noticed a leak around my skylights, and he quickly found the problem in the roof area. He repaired the leak himself and shared photos during the whole process so i could clearly see what was wrong and how it was fixed. A few months later, after heavy florida rain caused major water damage in my home, Everett came out the very next day to inspect everything. He was very knowledgeable about roofing materials, underlayment, flashing, and the best options to protect an older home in Delray Beach from heat, humidity, and storms. He again documented the work with pictures from start to finish and helped make my older home look updated, secure, and well protected. I also had another contractor tell me i needed a big repair, so i asked Everett to come back and double check. He was honest and explained that i did not need the expensive work that was being pushed on me. Instead, he pointed me toward the right solution and saved me a huge amount of money. His experience, honesty, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind. I am very grateful for all the hard work and would gladly recommend him for any roof leak, skylight repair, or storm-related roofing service.
