Read lots of good reviews, and I figured I would give them a shot. All I wanted to do was replace a single window. I called and told them the project and was told to fill out the form online. I did just that after I hung up and never heard back. My wife called as a follow-up and then was told they will only replace 3 windows. Not a problem, but you know what would have been nice? Being told that the first time I inquired. I wasted this time thinking maybe I would get a call and get a better idea of cost, but instead just wasted time. They may do great work, but when it comes to any small project it's not worth their time to even give you a clear answer.

Contacted them as we are replacing all our windows. They called and asked me to submit my info on their website, which I did few minutes later, and they would coordinate a time to stop by to provide an estimate. It has been a week and no response. I attempted contacting them numerous times via email and phone. Go to someone that wants your business.

Yuriy, owner of Home Pro is an exceptional contractor. Honest, trustworthy and great to work with from first meeting to the completion of the job. He's personable, smart, has great instinct, excellent problem solver. He was on site daily (coming & going) making sure everything was done correctly and carefully. He replied to emails within the hour. From start to finish Yuriy and his team were 5 star - professional, responsive, very efficient, very careful and respectful of our property. Yuriy's crew did an excellent job. Left my property as they found it. Not one nail or old shingle left behind. They removed & replaced my house & shed shingles. Removed & replaced the balcony flat roof and railing. Excellent job. I like the new railing better than the original. They also installed a new, bigger & better gutter system. The cost for the entire job (big project) was extremely reasonable - less than I had expected!!! I highly recommend Riga Home Pro.

Riga home pro installed a new roof and gutters on my house. They did a very very nice job including detaching and reattaching lightning rods. I was very impressed with Yuriy and his crew. They showed up each morning and worked entire days. The quality was VERY good and he delivered everything as promised.

I had an outstanding experience collaborating with Yuriy and their team. From the project's inception to its completion, Yuriy demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Yuriy assisted us in selecting the ideal siding for our home and aligned perfectly with our vision. They provided candid opinions on the styles we preferred and diligently worked to achieve them. Additionally, their team undertook extensive carpentry work necessitated by prior water damage, resulting in a robust and polished final product. We are thoroughly pleased with the new siding of our house. I highly recommend their craftsmanship to anyone seeking siding and carpentry services.

We had an outstanding experience with Riga Home Pro and cannot recommend them highly enough! From our very first meeting, Yuriy stood out with his calm confidence, deep knowledge, and clear communication. He took the time to inspect every detail and—most impressively—identified that our gutters might be contributing to the unexplained flooding in our basement. He was right. No one else had caught it. Yuriy explained every step of the roofing process with incredible patience, ensuring we fully understood our options and what to expect. His commitment to excellence and customer service is unmatched, and that same level of professionalism was reflected in every single member of his team. They were efficient, respectful, meticulous, and clearly took pride in their work. The new roof looks fantastic, and more importantly, we feel confident and secure knowing the job was done right. Riga Home Pro is not just a great contractor—they are the kind of team you hope to find and rarely do. If you're considering roofing work or home exterior improvements, hire them immediately. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish.
