Michael and his team are fantastic! He’s professional, responsive, and really cares about providing great customer service. He’s thorough, answers all your questions, and provides drone footage of the completed work. We had him make some minor repairs, upgrade all of our gutters, and install heated coils on our roof. Everything turned out great, and the whole process was easy and seamless. Definitely recommend Michael and his team at JS Topline!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These guys did an incredible job replacing my leaking ~500 sq. ft. roof. I researched and called around 20 roofers before choosing them, and I’m very glad I did. They completed the entire job in ONE DAY, including replacing damaged plywood, installing new drip edges, two pipe boots, and properly flashing/sealing around the chimney. They even fabricated some of the metal drip-edge pieces on site. It rained right after the job was finished, and the roof stayed completely dry! What impressed me even more was what happened afterward. That same day I noticed water and thought the new roof was leaking. I called them after I had already paid, and they immediately answered and were ready to come back and help. It turned out the roof wasn’t leaking at all 😂. I had a clogged pipe/sink issue while working on my water heater. We all had a good laugh once we figured it out. The fact that they were ready to help immediately, even after the job was completed and paid for, says a lot about the company. Another reason I chose them is that they understand roofing, gutters AND siding. I wasn’t sure whether some of my water problems were coming from the roof, gutters or siding, so having one crew that understood all three was extremely helpful. I purchased my own GAF Liberty peel-and-stick roofing materials from a supply house, and they worked with what I had, explained what else was needed, and let me be involved so I could understand the installation. Looking back, I probably should have called them first and let them handle the materials too. It would have saved me a lot of research, driving around and probably some money. I spent a ridiculous amount of time researching EPDM, modified bitumen, flashing, drip edges and different roofing systems before this project. If I could turn the clock back, I would have called these guys from the beginning. If you have a smaller flat/low-slope roof and are considering a GAF Liberty system, I highly recommend giving them a call. Go

Super responsive. Tried their best to be accommodating with a tight schedule and pending incoming rain. Showed up on time with a full crew. Showed me photos of the whole install process and explained thoroughly how the new gutter system works. Left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. Payment was easy, communication was easy and the install looks/works great. What more could you ask for!

Michael and his crew did a great job cleaning a good amount of moss on our roof. In addition, they power washed our stone pool deck and two sets of outdoor stairs and landings leading into our home. They were very prompt, attentive to what we needed and their cost was very fair. I highly recommend JS TOPLINE EXTERIORS.
