Rhino Roofing & Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for Rhino Roofing & Exteriors.

Cory started off great and helpful until insurance gave pushback. Once that occurred, Cory stopped responding with any additional recommendations or follow ups.

Thanks for reaching out Sean. The recommendation after the denial was to schedule a re-inspection with a licensed adjuster as they sent out an inspector instead. We work with people year in and out who have varying results with their insurance company's coverage but stellar results with us as a company…as evidenced by our outstanding reviews. If you feel that the time we donated to attempt to get your roof covered under your policy provisions was worthy of of our only one star review, then that’s an indictment on your character, not mine— Cory C

I had a great experience with Rhino Roofing! I called them, and they returned my call promptly. They were able to come out and fix the issue quickly, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Their service was outstanding, and their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Rhino Roofing to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and affordable roofing services!

We called several companies to get an estimate on a new roof only to be ignored and never getting return calls. Rhino was referred to us thru a family members friend. We are in Nashville IN. I'm so thankful they come out this far to do our roof. Let me tell you that every review you read on here is 100% accurate. We will use them in the future for our add on and I will refer them to everyone I know. Cory communicated throughout the entire process, was kind, thorough, professional, and timely. But Ronald is the Rockstar! He was absolutely phenomenal to work with. The new roof is awesome, their cleanup process is top notch, communication is next level! And he had the crew fix our small shed roof after a piece of OSB fell on it accidentally. The construction industry doesn't always have a good reputation when working with several contractors. Rhino Roofing is changing the game and raising the bar! The rest of y'all better step up your game! Stop shopping around. Call Rhino!

We used Rhino Roofing for our roof, gutters and other miscellaneous work that was damaged from a storm. From the minute I called to inquire about hiring them, to the last phone call saying thank you, the experience was phenomenal. They're professional, friendly, responsive, communicative, and the quality of work is outstanding. Every team member we worked with was amazing. I highly recommend Rhino Roofing.

Rhino Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. The team was efficient and quick. Contacts and follow ups were top notch by Cory and Ronald. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. My yard was also left spotless of debris. I would most definitely recommend .

Had the folks at Rhino replace our roof and gutters this week and couldn't be happier. The whole process from beginning to end was effortless. Cory was always available when I needed him and is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. On installation day, I walked out to see how everything was going and Ronald was out there making sure all was good. He is also very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. After the work was done, the only sign that anything had happened was the awesome new roof. This is one of the bigger tasks you might face as a homeowner and it can cause a lot of stress. Do yourself a favor and talk to the folks at Rhino.
