  Called to set up an estimate was told 10 took time off work waited till 11:20 called the office the people there very polite well spoken told me they need to contact the sales person they called me back and said he missed me on the schedule and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule I said no that I would find someone else who can show up. I believe in first impressions and you failed miserably it could have be a 30 to 40 thousand dollar job but I'll just find someone else more responsible and before you say you don't have my last name it's cheek

  I have reached out to Kingdom roofers multiple times regarding a leak from flashing not installed correctly. My request was for them to pay damages and although that may sound a tall order, for a company who claims excellence this should be expected. Poor representation on their part continues as they have refused to acknowledge my concerns… *verified customer -$8060 roof Yes, I expect it to not leak… and that was an expectation that was, “guaranteed” to me.

  I’m so disappointed. I cannot recommend this company. I have been in tears most of today trying to figure out what to do about the mess they made of my house. I had Kingdom install a new roof and gutters in October/November of 2022 and gutter guards in November of 2023. I had water dripping from the ceiling exhaust in both bathrooms a week ago. Found out Kingdom removed the old exhaust vents, didn’t replace them with anything and covered over them. Had a crew here today to “fix” the problem. They cut 2 holes in my new roof, didn’t have any shingles and said they would use caulk instead and not to worry. They told me about other problems that need to be fixed but said it’s not their problem. They said they won’t do anything about the water stains in the ceiling because that isn’t their problem either. I had a thorough house inspection done in April of 2021 with a 40 page report. There were no problems with the roof or exhaust before Kingdom messed things up. I also had problems with the gutter guards. They weren’t installed properly and they had to send a different person out a couple of days later to correct the installation. I guess I am expected to hire someone else and pay them to correct the problems that Kingdom won’t do. How does this company have 5 star reviews?

  Hi Teresa. There seems to be some confusion about your remodel. Kingdom could have done a better job of setting the proper expectations and helping you understand the repair process. Please accept our apology for causing concern. Our team has different skill sets and while the crew came out to fix the vent problem, some additional workers would be coming to complete the finish work and correct our error. It is our understanding that the work has been corrected at this point. We do apologize that you were under the impression that we weren't going to finish the job. It appears you may have had additional expectations that you thought were communicated with your Project Advisor but were not on your contract. It is very well documented that we explained this to you several times and that Kingdom tried to give you solutions to remedy your issue. It seems the only solution you were willing to consider was Kingdom doing additional work free of charge.   !!!!!CAUTION!!!!! Horrible company!! They are very high priced and they are very rude! I’ve never experienced a company as shady as this one. Do yourself a favor, call anybody else.

  Asked for an assessment for hail damage. Josh was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Provided exactly what I needed to know honestly. Thankfully I do not need work at this time, but I will be sure to call Josh if and when I do.

  They did a thorough inspection of the roof from the outside and inside. They were professional and courteous. I chose not to replace the roof at this time. They did not try to force me into doing it. They respected my decision. When I decide to do the roof I will call them again

  First and foremost first impressions are everything. Jeff was straight forward and honest. We went over many options and made educated choices that fit my budget and included my wife's opinions to make certain the entire household was happy. The roof is beautiful. We did have a couple issues but they were all addressed in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jeff and refer him personally. Thank you Sir for everything you do.   We had our roof replaced last year, inspection showed severe soft spots that we were not aware of. Luckily team was able to get extra wood and get project done one time. Workers took pride in there work really appreciate it. They even worked around a bird nest. Wood recommend to anyone wanting quality work.
