  The roof looks great, and after we got back in touch, the skylights are being properly handled. At first, the skylight replacement looked like a quick patch with plexiglass instead of a proper roofing skylight, and the fit was off at the frame, which later led to leaking. Once I raised the concern, Bradley and Jonah followed up and worked toward the right fix. Now I feel much better knowing the roof system is solid and the skylights are on their way to being finished the right way. Overall, the main roof work turned out very nice, and I appreciate that they responded and helped correct the skylight issue at The Massard Building Alameda.

  When we bought our house, we knew the roof would likely need replacement before too long, but we thought it still had some life left. I like to plan ahead and avoid surprises, so I called a local roofing company for an inspection. Bradley came out, checked the whole roofing system carefully, and was helpful from the start. He also looked over the siding when I asked, explained what he saw in simple terms, and gave us clear estimates for both the roof and siding. He was honest and said that unless something unexpected happened, the roof probably still had a little time left. Not long after that, strong winds moved through and we found a shingle in the backyard and noticed a few areas that did not look right. We called Bradley again, and he came back quickly to inspect everything. He took time to answer all of our questions, explained the condition of the shingles and roof decking, and helped us understand the next steps without any pressure. Once we decided to move forward with the roof replacement, the communication was excellent the whole way through. The roofing crew was organized, professional, and did quality work.   I’m sharing this after a long roof insurance claim process. After a major storm caused clear damage to our roof, the insurance company delayed paying for a full roof replacement even though the damage was obvious. Reyes Family Alameda Roofing was the third roofer we spoke with, and they were the only ones who stayed involved and helpful through the whole process. Jonah kept checking in with us regularly and made sure we had the roofing details and documents needed for the adjuster and attorney. While everything was still being worked out, they also helped by replacing damaged shingles when needed to protect the house and prevent more roofing issues. When we finally decided not to wait any longer and move forward with the roof replacement, the job was scheduled fast. In about two weeks, we had a brand new roof installed. The crew was professional, respectful, and careful with cleanup the entire time. They used tarps around the home while removing the old roofing materials, and they made sure the area stayed as clean and safe as possible. One thing that really stood out was how considerate the workers were. I forgot to move my car out of the garage before they started, and they paused work in that area, moved the tarps, checked carefully for roofing nails, and cleared a safe path so I could get out without a problem. That level of customer care meant a lot. The new roof looks great, and the whole experience ended up being smooth and positive despite the long claim process. We are very happy with the workmanship, communication, and service, and we would absolutely choose them again. Highly recommended for anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.
