I contacted a roofing company to replace the screws on our metal roof, and they got back to me quickly. The estimate was done using satellite images and GPS, which made the process easy and convenient. A couple of other quotes were similar, but this roofing service also included a roof tune-up, new pipe boots, and small repair work, which added good value. The job was finished on schedule and exactly as promised. I am not comfortable with roof heights, so I viewed the work from the ground, but I was able to see careful, professional roofing work throughout the project. The new boots were clearly installed the right way, and the overall metal roof repair looked clean and solid. Pedro was polite, professional, and easy to work with.

I hired Apex Shield Roofing after Wayne did a free roof inspection following a hail and wind storm, and he found a lot of damage to the shingles and flashing. Wayne helped me through the insurance process so the full roof replacement could be covered, which made everything much easier. He and the crew did an incredible job from start to finish, with great attention to detail, solid workmanship, and clean installation. They also pointed out an area behind our chimney where water and debris had been collecting, and they recommended a smart roofing fix to improve drainage and protect the roof over time. The repair was done perfectly and at a very fair price. The whole project in Alameda turned out excellent, with strong value, quality materials, and professional service. Very highly recommended.

My experience with Apex Shield Roofing was excellent from start to finish. They responded the same day when I called about a roof leak and quickly set up an inspection. Wayne was professional, friendly, and very clear about what needed to be fixed. I received the estimate by the next day, and the roof repair was scheduled right away, which made the whole process smooth and easy. Most of the communication was handled by text and email, which was very convenient and saved time. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up well with very little debris left behind. Later that day, I was sent photos showing the repair progress and the completed work, which gave me extra peace of mind and showed real attention to detail. They also took time to explain the scope of the roofing work and made sure the repair covered the problem area properly for long-term protection. Overall, the service was fast, organized, and dependable, and I really appreciated how easy they made the entire roofing process.

After talking with three different roofing and exterior companies, I decided to hire Apex Shield Roofing for my ranch home in Alameda. They replaced the roofline trim, soffits, fascia, gutters, back door, and basement windows, and they also helped me understand the roofing and exterior options that would work best for my home. Pedro, the sales and project manager, was professional, patient, and easy to talk to. I started out knowing very little about roofing and exterior work, but he answered all my questions and explained the materials, color choices, and installation process in simple terms. That gave me a lot of confidence before moving forward. The crew did excellent work and paid close attention to detail. The finished result really improved the overall look of the home, and everything came out clean, solid, and well installed. Later, after some strong wind, one of the decorative front columns came loose. I reached out in the morning, got a quick response, and by the end of the day the column was reset and secured at no extra cost. That kind of service and follow-through really stood out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior work.

I had an ongoing issue with leaking skylights after a past roof replacement done by another roofer. I did not want to remove them and start all over again, so I was relieved to find a roofing professional who knew how to handle skylight leaks the right way. Charles has come out several times as each of my three skylights needed attention. He resealed the flashing and problem areas as needed, and so far I have had years of dry floors for much less than the cost of full replacement. On top of that, Charles is always on time, professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He explains the roofing work clearly, never talks down to me, and treats me fairly. It is hard to find a roofer who is both skilled with leak repair and honest about what really needs to be done. When it is time for a full roof or skylight replacement, this is the only roofing company I would trust to do the job.

charles, service coordinator, did an excellent job helping me work with my insurance company on replacing my wind-damaged roof and repairing ceiling and wall areas affected by roof leaks. he clearly explained each step of the roofing process and all the paperwork that needed to be done. he was easy to reach by cell phone, text, or email, and communication stayed smooth from inspection through final cleanup. the roofing crew was skilled, professional, and finished the work on time. they paid close attention to detail, kept the job site organized, and made sure the roof repairs and interior fixes were completed the right way. the other team members i worked with were also helpful and courteous. i would recommend them to anyone needing roofing service, leak repair, or storm damage work.

Apex Shield Roofing put a new roof on our home after a past contractor failed to return and fix a leak. Recently, after some strong wind in Alameda, a shingle came loose, and Pedro came out and replaced it under the workmanship warranty with no hassle. It had been a long time since the original roof installation, so we really appreciated them standing behind their work. The crew was quick, careful around our landscaping, and did a thorough cleanup when the roofing job was finished. They explained the repair clearly, checked the surrounding shingles, and made sure everything was sealed and secure. I would not trust any other roofer for our house and highly recommend them for roof replacement and roof repair.
