Rescue Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Rescue Roofing.

Roof & gutters replaced Fall 2014. Now, just after warranty ran out, roof is leaking (see pic. what is that?) After replacing gutters, they still leaked from day one, told me to get some caulking. I do not recommend.

We take pride in our work and always strive for customer satisfaction. This project was completed in 2014, and the warranty period has expired. Despite this, we offered to inspect the issue, but you declined. After personally inspecting the area, you later informed us via email that you believed the issue was due to loose siding, something unrelated to our work. Additionally, at no point prior to this review did you inform us of any gutter issues. We appreciated the opportunity to clarify this and are happy to assist when possible. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.

Dealing with roof issues is never easy, but having a company you can trust makes all the difference. I was introduced to Rescue Roofing many years ago, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. They are professional, knowledgeable, and truly experts at what they do. At the same time, they're friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. Their quality workmanship and outstanding customer service have earned my trust time and time again. I highly recommend Rescue Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.

Brian Watts and his crew just finished a 2-day project for our home; roof and gutter replacement. Both crews were awesome and did an amazing job to completion including clean up, which we greatly appreciated. Very professional, great suggestions, follow-up and pricing!

Great and prompt communication from the entire team. Did not try to push me into buying anything more than what I needed (repairs to 25 year old roof, mechanical boots leaking) but did provide honest feedback on the condition of my roof so I could plan for a replacement in the future. Showed up on time, work completed in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards. When I'm ready to replace my roof, I'll be reaching back out to them again.

We have used them 3 different times for new vinyl siding, windows, gutters, and most recently a new rood. They do outstanding work, on time, clean up everything and answer all questions, and also very fair prices, I highly recommend them !!

They were on time and most of all, after two estimates from two other companies- the most reasonably priced. We couldn’t be happier- and I base my roof off of my next door neighbor’s having utilized them. Smooth experience. Thank you Brian Watts and your fellas!
