  If you want a contractor to totally COMPLETE the job I would not recommend My Roofer. Todd the rep not only did not complete the contract (lied about sending someone out to finish the job) but blocked our phone calls when we tried to inquire when he would return to finish. Very unprofessional!!

  Todd seems like a very nice individual, however he is unable to service all customers. We need a roof repair which he gave us estimates 3 weeks ago in person. After reaching out to him 3 times by phone and filling out his contact form online once the word of mouth estimate was complete, we haven’t heard a word from him. I am very disappointed as I read reviews about his customer service. His company is undeserving of a 5 star review after the poor customer service we received. We were easy money but apparently the job wasn’t large enough or costly enough for his time.

  Great experience with MyRoofer in Orange, VA. He was professional, caring, honest, and gave me a great price. He repaired my roof and gutters and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. He also explained everything clearly, went over the warranty, and gave me helpful tips to prevent future damage. I really appreciated the honesty and quality of work. Highly recommend.

  A tree hit our house. We were referred to Todd by another vendor. He came and revamped our roof and it looks awesome!! We had a small leak a month or two later from an exhaust vent and he came back pronto and fixed it, it was the vent itself. We liked him so much he did the roof on our other house and gutters on my new shop. Oh he also did a few window replacements too from the tree damage. All work he did for us turned out fabulous!!! I would give him and his crew a 10 out of 10!! 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎

  Todd Shaffer and team did a wonderful job on my home renovation when we purchased it back in 2023. Added a few pictures of the bathrooms but really did a phenomenal job on our roof. Thanks again Todd!

  Highly recommend My Roofer. Quality work and reliable. Also, very responsive. We had work done about a year ago and needed information for our insurance and I emailed them to inquire about details and they responded within minutes with everything we needed and answered all our questions.
