Didn't show up to look at the roof to give the price for repair. Waited and waited and waited but no call and no show. I would stay away from this contractor. Very bad customer service. Wasted my time.

Tim from Rescue Roofer was absolutely outstanding! He was highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. He went completely above and beyond, providing a level of detail and thorough breakdown that far exceeds what you get from an average inspector. We found his expertise incredibly reassuring and would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a truly competent, top-tier roofing inspector. Five stars all the way!

AMAZING. I really should have gotten their names, but I highly want to thank the two guys that came over to my neighbor’s house to rescue our neighborhood cat who somehow got stuck in the roof/attic. Us and quite a few neighbors felt so bad …

Called them last year and left a message, same day the guy showed up and not only fixed the leak that was ruining our house, but then offered suggestions for other roof-related repairs.

Highly recommend Rescue Roofer! I called them at 1pm today because I noticed my roofing fell off my 2nd story house. Someone came at 2:30pm and fixed my roof and helped me reconnect a loose rain gutter too. Wow! Super fast and the best customer service. I will always use them in the future!

I called Tim due to a small leak in my roof. On arrival, he knew the issue and quickly fixed it up. Both he and his partner were very professional and friendly. I'd recommend this guy to anyone.

This was how my day started. Shoot roof is leaking onto my receiver. Wife, fix that. I call a professional, Tim says I will be there in an hour. Knock Knock, Tim says I found this issue and fixed it. I could replace a bunch of stuff, but I would wait and see because I don't believe you need it. I ask what do I owe you. Tim says don't worry about it, it was not that big a deal. WHAT? This guy is going to be rich, his attitude is going to get attention real fast. So I told Tim I wanted him to come back in the fall and do a maintenance on the roof, I would recommend this guy for any roofing needs.

Had rot in the corner of the roof. Tim came out, beat the other 2 quotes I had gotten AND he used shingles to repair the area over the rot where as the others were going to use the torch down roofing material. He even repaired some rot he found on the way out at no added charge. Highly recommend!!

Tim with Rescue Roofer is very professional and honest. He came out and fixed our leak in the middle of the night and didn't try to sell me a whole roof like everyone else. I appreciated his honesty and help.
