They must be busy because they want $200 for an estimate, just an FYI all the other companies give free estimates, and their minimum charge is $1000, no thanks I’ll move onto the next company there’s only about 40 others

Hello Jay sorry for the inconvenience our reroof estimates are free! But for repairs to go inspect and find the leak we charge $200 only if you don't go with us once you do those 200 dollars cancel out and normally tile repairs start up from $1,000+ if it's something minor doesn't mean it will be 1k. We give you quality work. Thank you.

Insurance company was going to drop our Insurance because of a shake roof so we called to get a quote and Andrew came out, he even offered a letter saying the roof was still good but they wouldn't budge so we went forward with the roof. The work was done fast and looks great! I would recommend them to anyone especially if they need fast efficient work done.

I highly recommend Manteca Roofing for your roofing needs. Andrew and the entire crew are professional and easy to work with. We should know; Manteca Roofing has reroofed two of our homes over the past 4 months!

I cannot recommend Manteca Roofing enough!! Just finished my roof this AM including tearing off 2 old layers snd installing a new roof with new gutters and gutter guards. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and this company. I love to shop local being in the foothills but when Andrew came in with his extremely competitive quote and amazing reviews, the choice was obvious. Any question I texted Andrew his response was prompt. My husband raved about how clean they left the job site. We have not found one roofing nail anywhere. Call Manteca Roofing! I am so happy we did!

Manteca Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my mother's roof. Andrew and his crew were very professional and took care of any repairs required in addition to the roof installation. The gutters also turned out great. I very highly recommend Manteca Roofing for any roofing replacement job!

They did a great job for us! We discovered we had a significant roof leak during the most recent storms, Andrew and his crew came out, gave us a very fair price and completed the repairs quickly and thoroughly. They even moved up our scheduled repairs to beat another incoming storm. The new roof tiles match perfectly and they did an exceptional job cleaning up. They are super professional and kept in communication with us every step of the way. Definitely recommend!

This company is very professional & I highly recommend them. They put gutter guards all around my home as well as fixed broken roof tiles and painted our roof vents. They were punctual,, neat, courteous & did an excellent job for a fair price. Thank you.

Excellent roof replacement in Fremont California. They were also the best price of the four estimates I got for the roof replacement.

We recently had our roof replaced and could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. From the very first phone call, Andrew was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth and stress-free, answering every single one of our questions with patience and clarity, making sure we felt informed and confident at every step. And we asked a LOT of questions. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other bids we received, yet the quality of service and workmanship was top-notch. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left our property spotless when the job was done. The roof itself looks amazing, and it’s clear that they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a company that combines excellent customer service, fair pricing, and flawless execution, we 100% recommend Manteca Roofing. They went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful we chose them for our home.
