We hired remr to fix a leaking window. Water was making its way off the roof and down the inside of the wall and it rained inside every time it rained. They pulled the tin and there were no water marks and said the roof wasn't leaking …

Hi Diana, I am really sorry to hear that the repair did not work. Because we did not do the original install of your exteriors we can never fully guarantee a repair will solve the whole issue as sometimes a leak can be happening for multiple reasons. Feel free to call us at the office if you want to discuss further as we really do strive to make each customer we work with happy.

Cannot comment on work, but can comment on quoting process. REMR roofing was quick to respond to a request for quote and was friendly and quick getting us a roofing quote. Although we asked for a metal and shingle roof quote we only got shingles and had to call back to get the metal quote. We were told "oh expect metal roofs to be an easy 3 times the cost of shingles" The reason for the low rating is that A) we had to ask a few times for the second quote which we never actually received except verbally. B) REMR uses top quality products and I understand that, but our shingles quote from them was well over double all of the competitors and believe it or not their verbal metal quote is more than 4 times the cost of others. This is not a big house and that gap in price is completely ludicrous.

Damaged siding, soffit and facia when removing old shingles, flashing around chimney was terrible. No fall arrest used as well. When owner show up to discuss issues i was laughed at and told nobody would see it anyways. Would not have them back or suggest hiring to others.

We had easy, responsive communication with our representative to REMR. Impressive that our more than a year old quote was still valid. The workers were very respectful of our property. Upon finishing you wouldn't know they had been there. …

The crew arrived at 8 am finishing by 5pm. All I could find was a few nails. You would never have known they replaced the roof. They did a great job. I have had them replace the house and garage roof and would recommend Remr roofing for your next roof replacement.

We wished it was finished quicker. Left a lot of nails around the building. But they used our magnet to pick them up.

The company I work for had their roof redone - REMR was very open with us in the way of communication, we worked together to find the best options for us, and they were very accommodating when it came to our funding. Their team worked hard and got the job done in good time. We are very happy with our experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof!

As a Contractor having a Professional roofing company I can rely on is critical. REMR has completed several projects for me over the years. I never need to worry when working with them. They show up on-time, work independently, diligently and complete the projects within a timely manner.
