  NOT-SO-RELIABLE ROOFING! Have a banging noise coming from the roof heard through a bathroom vent which this roofer assumed was old vents that needed replacing. Work was completed but the problem still exists. Called to have them come out to take a look again and after some no-show appointments, a visit was finally made and the newly installed vent adjusted. This still did not fix the problem so reported it again and was told someone would come out again. Then began weeks of appointments made and NO SHOWS, having to call and text to get someone to come back. Suddenly, one morning that someone was again to come by, was told the fix was out of the scope of their work and then had the nerve to blame me and obsolve themselves because I agreed to replace the vents. I called a professional to assess a problem of banging on the roof, which I have no expertise, and was told this was the solution, but now basically being accused of calling to report rusted vents. So 6 weeks later, including several sleepless nights due to the noise, am out $600 for vents that might not have needed replacing in the first place and did not fix the problem. Extremely unprofessional! OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES. It's absurd to blame the homeowner when you misdiagnosed the problem. Then you attempt to add insult to injury by claiming that you came right back when it took weeks to have someone come out the first time and another few weeks of continual no-shows, excuses about busy days with paying customers (as if I didn't pay), and comments about how you didn't make anything on this job. I am a paying customer and it should not matter that this was a small job which I specifically asked if you serviced. Professionalism means investiging an issue properly from the beginning instead of making an assumption and not stringing a customer along for weeks promising to take another look. You could have admitted weeks ago that you didn't know how to fix the issue and I would have called another professional.

  Reliable Roofing does not honor their warranties. RR roofed my house and gave a 5 year warranty. Within the first year my roof started leaking and RR refused to honor their warranty, claiming it wasn't their fault. The house is a single building that is one story on one half and two stories on the other half. A hip roof from the one story portion butts against the wall of the second story portion. This creates a level valley where water pools, seeps under the shingles and drains into the house. The industry standard for dealing with this is to slightly elevate the center of this level valley so the water drains off the roof and not into the house. This procedure is called a "cricket." RR failed to do this, hence the leaking. I have had two roofers and a carpenter come and independently diagnose the leak. All three stated that the leak is from this level valley and the treatment is to create a "cricket." I hired one of the roofers to create a cricket. It has rained very hard several times since and the roof has stopped leaking.

  I was 100% satisfied with the whole process. They met all of my expectations. If you will talk with them you will see what I mean. From start to finish they are there for you. No pressure, no sales, no rush, just all the information you need to get the new roof you want. The house looks so much better.

  What I liked most was they listed in detail the work they would perform and the specifications for their work. They did what they said they would do and it was timely and as promised. I will definitely use them the next time I need a new roof.

  I would highly recommend Reliable Roofing. They did a wonderful job replacing our 19 year old roof. Both Nick & Todd were great to work with & always responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. The crew showed up on time, were efficient & did a great job both on the roof & with clean up in the yard.

  Although time will tell if our new roof holds up well, I have to note the timeliness and efficiency Reliable Roofing displayed in putting up our new tile roof. After working each day, no one could tell they were on my property; they were excellent at clean up. Besides the fact that the owners are friendly and polite, they were completely honest in their estimate and application. What good people!!

  My husband and I can not say enough good things about this company. We were extremely pleased with them from our first meeting until the job was completed.   reliable roofing was outstanding. They came out and checked out my roof gave me a estimate all in one day. They were very professional and great to work with. There crew came out early in the morning and were finished the same day. Everyone was so nice even my neighbors commented to me how friendly and helpful they were. Some of there crew even set up a ladder and help one of my neighbors get down here mango's. one week after they finished we had a hurricane and the roof had no issues at all. I would diffidently tell everyone I know that this is the company to use.
