Worst contractor ever! Shoddy work. Leaks. High pressure sales.

Despite literally living in the same neighborhood, he didn’t want to stop and look at my leak but suggested it was due to needing an exterior paint job for whom he “helpfully” gave me a reference. He clearly didn’t want the work and quoted …

This was the worst experience ever, I pay these guys over $30,000 to install a new roof on my house. They come to you like a wolf in sheep‘s clothing, friendly, respectable, and it’s all misleading the bottom line is they installed a new …

Terrible Project management, transparency, communication and clean up. I can go on and on about this company but I'd be jeopardizing my mental health. Don't be blinded by a platinum certification.

Company did great work on the roof. That being said overpriced and unprofessional service from site manager. Workers were supposed to show up after they did demo on my roof. Did not show and leaked over my whole house. Did not work with me on the problem. Overall look for a different company to do work on your house.

Had a leak, called for an inspection for repair. Guys who showed up were not there to identify and give quote for leak, instead they spent the entire time trying to find ways to sell a new roof paper job. Had 5 roofing companies come out, Reliable was the only one who could not find the actual leak.

I am really impressed by their work. First time I had a roofing issue as a new home owner. They completed the work the next week. The crew was respectful. It was a great experience and would highly recommend.

Reliable replaced our roof eight years ago but the grout on the wall was cracking and water was coming down my interior walls I called Todd and he checked the roof and gave me a large pail of sealant and showed me what to do. I repaired the cracks on the wall that were not the result of his roofing.

Todd returned my call within 10 minutes. Although his company does not work on my specific type of roof, Todd gave me the names of a few roofers in the valley that could possibly help me. He was helpful, professional and I felt caring.
