We had a terrible experience with the quality of work provided. The roofing materials used seemed substandard, and within weeks of completion, we noticed leaks.

  Reply from the business

We're very sorry to hear about the leaks and the substandard materials you encountered. That falls far below our standards and we take responsibility; we want to make this right by performing an immediate inspection and completing any needed repairs or replacements under our workmanship and material warranty at no charge. Our service manager will contact you within 48 hours to schedule the visit and ensure the issue is fully resolved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I called Dove Roofing for an evaluation and estimate for our client's roof. Initially, they were responsive to schedule the appt. A day after the appointment, I followed up for an ETA on the estimate - no response. A weekend and the following mid week goes by with still NO response. They have gone completely dark! Calls are being forwarded and texts are not replied to. Lack of communication and professionalism warrants 1 star. What a bummer.

Aisha, I'm very sorry we dropped the ball and failed to follow up on your client's estimate. That lack of communication is unacceptable and not how we operate. I have escalated this to our office manager and we will contact you today to … More

So far, not so good. Multiple problems with them arriving when they say. All roofing shingle have been removed, now rain is in the forecast, . they did not show up yesterday either. I have a hole in the roof waiting to be repaired. this was all supposed to be completed by last week. If it rains I am screwed, blued, tatooed

  Reply from the business

Elizabeth, I'm very sorry for the delays and the stress caused by the missed appointments and your roof being left exposed with rain in the forecast. This is not our standard and we sincerely apologize for the situation. We are prioritizing your job and will dispatch a crew to secure the roof and complete the repairs as an emergency. Our office will contact you immediately to confirm arrival time and the revised completion date.

They drove nails through my fascia board, and when I told them about it they would not come out and remove them. I would do it myself except I'm 80 years old

Highly recommend this roofing company for any roofing needs, any job big or small. Job in Corona, I had a recent inspection and noticed cracked tiles and concerns with underlayment. Adrian was honest and direct with what I needed and did not up charge anything. He ensured my roof should be good after the tile replacements. He answered all my questions and concerns and was able to schedule me within the week. The tiles he was able to provide matched exactly. Very happy with the work!

Thank you, Christopher, for the strong recommendation and for noting Adrian’s honest assessment, prompt scheduling, exact tile matching, and transparent pricing. We stand behind our repairs and attention to underlayment and overall roof integrity; please reach out anytime for follow-up or future needs.

We have needed a new roof for garage and house for a long time. David gave us an estimate and kept it for months until we were able to start. He was open to working with our schedule rather than "squeezing" us into his. All of the employees were hard working, polite and willing to answer all of our (probably annoying) questions (since we did not know much about roofing). They continued to explain and show us the processes as they went along. They made any changes they possible could according to what we wanted. They hauled away all their debris. They even did extra work when we needed help outside the realm of the contract. They came afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything, had any concerns or needed anything else. Definitely go with Dove!
