  Brad, Clay and the entire team at Red Hawk have been exceptional to work with! From start to finish they helped work with our insurance company to ensure the claim was properly paid and nothing was left on the table. They were truly in our corner!   From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, Joe was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. He walked me through the whole process, handled the insurance details and the new roof looks fantastic. I felt taken care of the entire time and would definitely use Red Hawk again.

Here's the roofing version of looking up. If a reroof is on your list here, the HRCA architectural submittal comes first, not after the truck shows up. Material, manufacturer and color all have to be approved, and picking off an approved palette is what keeps a job from stalling halfway through. Ask any roofer you're considering whether they'll handle that submittal for you, and what happens to your schedule if approval comes back with a change.
