  Dispatched through a builder warranty. Craig showed me pictures of issues with my roof and then told the builder there were no issues and the leak is normal. No leak is normal. Builder subsequently closed my warranty claim without proof that leak has been fixed. Collusion? Avoid these roofers

  These guys have called me what feels like every other day for weeks. I asked them to stop calling me and to not show up at my house, as we are not interested in their services at this time. They must be really looking for jobs because even with me telling them to stop calling me they still call me and most of the time don’t leave a message. I had to block their number.

  Colorado Exteriors and their team of subcontractors exceeded our expectations! The roof replacement with the vents and ventilation system looks great. The new swamp cooler, the windows, the electrical, the outside painting, the gutters, the sophet and facia really make the house look updated. The professionalism of attention to detail and the cleanliness was refreshing. The help with the adjuster and Insurance made this all financially possible. Thank you for a job well done.

  Frank and his team were amazing! They were repairing our entire roof, replacing shingles from nearly 30 years ago that had been piled on top of one another. So they had to remove everything and install gutters too. They did amazing work! Not only was the team here for 3 straight days working, but Frank oversaw everything. He even checked one of our older french drains because I had some concerns - went above and beyond! They cleaned up the yard beautifully and even talked to my neighbors about the work and cleaned their yards. Would use them time and time again, Frank is so lovely.

  Spencer and the team at Colorado Exteriors were amazing to work with. While some of my neighbors were still struggling with their insurance companies, Spencer made it happen—he helped push everything through and got me a brand-new roof without the headache.   Samantha from CO Exteriors was a God-sent. I had so much hail damage, that I had no idea what to do or who to call. She came and made every phone call for me, hired contractors to remove my solar to repair my roof. She also handled my garage door replacement. And she even dealt with my insurance company directly so that I didn't have to. She made the entire experience as easy as possible, and I would 100% recommend her for any of your exterior repairs!
