  Horrible service. DO NOT STAND BEHIND WARRANTY. I put a review up and instead of responding it was removed.....shows exactly what we have been going through. Over 2 years of back and forth they will not return calls or emails but ignore. Stay clear from this company.

  Hello Fawn, our apologies, this is the first we've heard of your issue in our office and I assure you I have not removed any google review (don't think we are even able to do that). Is it possible that you have been contacting a shingle manufacturer directly (or another company all together) instead of Racka Roofing?   The 2 workers who shingled our roof this week were excellent. They were organized, cleaned up and roof looks great. In general the company was prompt in phone calls, receipt of payment and good communication skills— thank you . Ron and Phyllis Reader

  Just had a large portion of my roof done yesterday by them, I chose them largely based on the experience of a neighbour that recommended them to me. From my initial call to them, to the last scrap of old shingle removed they were professional and courteous. Jayson(sp?) showed up when he said he would, gave me some recommendations and provided me with a quote that explained what was going to be done in a timely manner and made me feel like I was his most powerful important customer even though it was a small job. The installers showed up on time, answered a few of my questions worked quickly and when done left no trace of debris- I have no idea whether they did good work, but if their craftsmanship is anything like the rest of my experience with this company I am confident I will be happy and protected for some time to come.

  From the first shingle going on to the last shingle being placed top notch service. Very courteous, polite, and Nolan and his crew know their craft, and very knowledgable on any roofing matters. They go above and beyond the call of duty. they brought me shingle swatches and they were on time. They showed up at 7:15 AM and started at 7:30 AM. That’s what was agreed on and they removed the old shingles and replaced the roof in one day. I would use their services again the next time I need my roof done. I can’t say enough good things about racka roofing. If you are reading this review, stop reading it and pick up the phone and call them. They’ve earned this rating due to the customer service level is superior. A lot of other roofing companies may say it, but Racka Roofing delivers.

  The Racka team were great to deal with. We had our roof, eaves & siding done through them. The roof and siding were very well done. I am very disappointed in the company that Racka contracted to do the eaves work. The layout did not mimic what was being replaced. The slope and positions of the spouts were not done correctly. Now after a rainfall, we hear dripping noise on the downspout next to our bedroom window. This goes on for approx 90 min after the rain has stopped because it is not draining fast enough due to slope. There are other cut corner issues where a mistake was made but instead of doing it correctly the problem was just masked and covered up. I believe Pristine Exteriors was the contractor they used for siding & eaves. If you are getting eaves done and this is the company that gets sent to you, be warned. Photos attached: 1) Drain elbow on eaves should have been placed on the trunk closest in the pic. This is how it was prior with no issues. Instead it was thought the drainage should slope around the corner to drain. This is the noise of water drops falling 8 feet for 90min. 2) The front downspout was cut too short to place the elbow in a good position. Rather than using a new piece at proper length, it was patched with a tiny extension and made to look like the strap was needed to fasten to house. It is only there to cover up their shortcut patch job. It is a weak point in the downspout and clearly aesthetically a bush league move. When I hire someone to do a job, all I ask for is your best work. Do you think I received what I paid for? Follow up. The next day after writing this review, we were contacted by Racka who were very apologetic and wanting to view and resolve our complaints. An appointment was made and Pristine Exteriors arrived and resolved our issues. Overall, Racka was excellent to work with, co-operative and went over and above with customer service to make things right. This would have been a 5 star initially had there not been the so

  The crew that came was very good at what they do . Had it stripped and re shingled in one day . Would gladly have them do another roof when needed .

  From start to finish the experience with Racka roofing was very good. The removal of the old shingles and installation of the new ones was done and a very efficient and thorough manner. They also made sure there were no nails left on the ground which I was concerned about. We were very happy with the work they did here.

  My father had his roof done one year ago. Racka charged him LESS than the quote since it took less time then expected. Had my roof done a few weeks ago. Very competitive prices!!!

  Great experience, friendly worker. Came down, assessed the problem and said "Oh yeah, I've seen this a lot in houses like yours" Repaired it with no extra charge and jobs done! Easy, clean, friendly, and honest

  Thank you for professional service, from the assessment to quote to work completion. I was amazed - 1 day! Everything was left neatly. Also, thanks for fixing the downspout issue. No more odd leaking in the garage. Great price, great crew.
