  Company disregards community safety (and city bylaws) for its own convenience. Parks blocking public sidewalks, prompting persons in wheelchairs to navigate the roadway to pass the illegally parked vehicle. This image shows the company-branded vehicle fully parked (notice mini construction cone next to open door) and prepared to remain in place for an extended period of time. Clearly they have no concern for safety -- should you trust them with yours?

  Very disappointed that despite speaking twice to James and his indicating that he was keen to quote for my job he didn’t make an appointment to visit and so I got no quote. I just wish, if companies are busy, they would be honest and tell customers! ☹️

  In 2013 we had a large garage built. Although the building of the garage went well, with the exception of it overlapping the cement curb, there was much that didn't go right. They couldn't find the window I requested, so I had to search it out and buy it on my own. The garage had a double wide door on the front and a single door on the back. The front door was supposed to have a large square pattern and door on the back was to have a small square pattern. What I got was a large square pattern on both doors and and a lot of attitude from Jeff so I accepted the doors as is even if it wasn't what I wanted. Then there was a problem with the man door shifting and he sent out a guy, with little experience, to make the necessary adjustments. The repair was mediocre at best. The rear overhead door was not properly installed and we had issues with it not closing. Jeff appeared to have to issue fixed, only for it to act up later on. When I called him on it, he just ignored the problem and it never got fixed. To this day, we can still not use the rear door. Jeff has no personality, lots of attitude and never got the problems properly fixed. I would never recommend JML ever.

  Two emails and 3 phone calls and I could not get anyone to speak to about getting a quote. The receptionist gave me the owner's mobile number, commenting that she hadn't heard from him for a couple of weeks - my message has yet to be returned.

  We've used JML multiple times (for different houses) and for repairs too. They're very quick to assist and are friendly too! After putting a new roof on my cousin's house she's been getting non stop questions about who did the roof, because of how great it looks and how well the team cleaned up after themselves. Excellent work, JML, thanks again!

  What really stood out was that JML Roofing & Renovations sent roofers out to repair a few shingles that had blown off before the new roof project had even started. That level of customer service and care is hard to find. Jeff and his team did an amazing job on our new roof. The new shingles were completed on time with no hidden costs, and the entire work area was kept clean throughout the project. The staff installing the shingles were respectful, professional, and extremely hard working. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Great job by everyone involved — highly recommend JML Roofing & Renovations!

  The build was excellent. Jeff and his men and subcontractors were professional and the work was done absolutely correctly. I will say this I have been in the trades for 46 years and Jeff's crew were the quickest and best organized I have ever seen and the work was exceptional. I would work with them again at anytime.

  Excellent workmanship and customer service. I am very happy on how our garage turned out and most importantly it is within our budget. Jeff is very knowledgeable and approachable from the start till project completion. He even went an extra mile to correct and fix small deficiencies by his subcontractor to ensure we are happy with the details. I am satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend JML for any garage projects.

  Jeff is a wealth of information and dealing with him was a breeze. All involved trades provided excellent service and were very professional, kind and courteous. If I had a question I received an immediate response. I made one change and it was easily accommodated. Jeff went above and beyond - I cannot Thank you enough Jeff!
