I requested a quote to remove snow from roof and clear it from the ground as I didn't want a massive pile of snow on my walkways, ac unit, deck, etc. Derron said yes of course no problem and gave me a quote, confirmed everything in writing. After a delay to start the work he showed up we had a conversation that morning before his crew got to work and I wanted to ensure my expectations and concern that the snow would not be piled on the deck/ac/etc. He said yes everything will be cleared no problem. I left for work he called me later in the middle of the day and said there was a little snow on the deck but he has to go to a emergency call, I said no problem. I was expecting a few inches on the deck and that I could get through it with the snow blower. When I got home I found empty plastic coke bottle in my driveway, over 4ft of snow piled on my deck, central ac unit and my furnace vents blocked he even blocked a exterior door with snow that was half way up the door. I took pictures and sent them to Derron and said this was not acceptable and to call me. When I mentioned the furnace vents were blocked and he put my family at risk his response was that the furnace would just shut down, no danger, hes been doing it for many years no problems. He didn't care at all, his flat out reckless and careless behaviour is going to get someone hurt or killed or at a minimum cause damage to your property.

This company is a disaster for homeowners who are looking forward to hire a roofing contractor. Derron will make all the efforts to spoil your experience once he gets payment from you …

Cleared snow from my balcony after the many feet of snow we have gotten. Great job and came same day.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Quik Solutions Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
