I had Quality put a new commercial roof on my business, the West Side Cafe a year and half ago. We received a 1 year warranty on workmanship. Called Duncan numerous times and it was very difficult to get them to come out. Now, 6 months …

Jim, thanks for the review. We came out several (maybe 10 times) to repair issues done by your HVAC company. One leak was the vent on your water heater. You were never charged a penny. Truly, the work done should’ve voided the warranty altogether. We were there nights and weekends. We dispatched people every single time. I found frozen refrigeration lines inside your attic dripping as it thawed. We found electrical boxes open allowing water to drip inside. I haven’t heard from you in a long while after we encouraged you to have your HVAC company repair the issues. We never left the job until we helped stop your leaks. I even moved my mens group to your cafe on Saturday mornings to make sure the leaks stopped. Every Saturday I would follow up. I’m sorry we did not live up to your standards. I don’t know how we could’ve better served you!

I called quality to do a repair on my roof and they were very quick to send someone out. The same day that I called, Chase showed up at my house to get me all fixed up. Not only did they come out quick, but their prices were very reasonable. Their ratings are very well deserved, Chase was great to work with!

Chris Evans approached me and let me know that he noticed several shingles missing off of my roof. He was extremely kind, thorough, professional and put me at complete ease immediately upon meeting him. He offered to repair the ones that were missing while I start the ball rolling and getting a much needed roof replacement. I will definitely use this company for my future roof repairs and any needs along the way. I highly recommend them with complete confidence as I know that each customer will be treated with the utmost professionalism and care just as I was today! Thank you Chris for all your help. You are definitely my roof guy!
