We never want any homeowner to feel unsure or uncomfortable during the contracting process. We do want to clarify a few important points for accuracy: • You were able to cancel your contract without any issues, and we processed that cancellation promptly once requested. • We do not “hide” from customers during the cancellation period, nor do we prevent anyone from obtaining additional estimates or reviewing their options. • Our contingency agreements are standard in the roofing and insurance restoration industry and are always followed by a detailed written scope and estimate after the inspection. We apologize if this process was not clearly communicated to you. We take concerns about transparency very seriously—especially when it involves elderly family members—and we truly regret if anything in our process felt confusing or overwhelming. Our goal is always to educate homeowners, protect their interests, and make sure they understand every step before moving forward.   Had a small roof leak so contacted this company to repair. Appraiser shows up, I point to the area where the leak occurred and the very first thing he says to me is who is your home insurance company. That question means only two things, one he doesn’t really care about the leak and two, he’s going to inspect your roof and try to talk you into putting on a new roof on a 4 year old home. Asked him if he’s going into the attic to inspect, says that’s not necessary plus his ladder in too short. Truth is he could care less about your roof leak, he can make a heck of a lot more money selling you a new roof.

  Back in November Providential did my roof. They were fast and did a great job. Bryan Mudge was great walking thru the process. The clean up was great. They took on the insurance company and got me approved. With so many fly by night companies out there stick to this one to trust

  After my wife and I saw first-hand the devastation of the three 2024 hurricanes, we knew we needed to start being pro-active about protecting our primary residence and a rental property in Bradenton. We counted our blessings that both properties had minimum damages to the shingle-roof themselves, but here in FL, hurricane damage to a roof is not a matter of "if" it will happen, but "when" and "what" will the damage look like. We both knew that the best roof to install is a metal one, not only for its long-lasting durability, but hurricane-impact as well. Yes, the cost is usually more than your typical Home Depot grade shingle-roof, BUT (1) to be able to sleep more soundly at night, not worrying about how many shingles are being ripped at any given time during a major storm (i.e. hurricanes); and (2) the post-recovery process nightmare of dealing with your insurance company IF they are willing to fork over money to repair the damages. To be able not to have to deal with such stressful scenarios like that is "priceless." As such, we happened to meet Bryan Mudge from Providential Roofing while my wife was playing pickleball one day with some of her friends. We explained to him our situation, and the need to have metal roof installed on both our properties. He then took the time to explain how Providential Roofing can fulfill our expectations, such as the cost involved, and if need be, using their law firm to work with our insurance company to have them pay their fair share of the claim. Bryan made a good impression with us about Providential professional process of replacing a roof from A-Z that we felt comfortable enough to sign-on. Before Providential came onboard, we had met with five different other roofing companies, but at the end of the day, they all seemed run-of-the-mill in terms of what they could bring to the customer's table.   Project manager James Brasco was easy to work with. Manager Shawn Wyatt submitted the claim properly. He is experienced in complying with insurance company requirements. Installation manager Michael Winchell was the real hero. The job would not have been completed without him.
