I contacted Blue Horizon Exteriors based on a referral from a trusted neighbor. We found a wet spot on the master bath ceiling and contacted Blue Horizon. The CEO Zac returned my call promptly and came out the next am to inspect it. Zac was very hands on and thorough and went into the attic to ensure the leak was where he anticipated. The work was completed 48 hours later. Elian was the main technician doing the repair but Zac was also there for guidance and to ensure the work was done correctly. Elian did a great job! Overall great communication and emphasis on doing it right! Thank you Blue Horizon!

I had some concerns about a part of my roof, especially having a newer build and having been in the middle of a hurricane last year. I contacted Zac at Blue Horizon Exterior and was contacted promptly. They came out quickly, and not only inspected the area of concern, but did an inspection of the whole roof. Zac and his team were very professional and most importantly extremely honest! They let me know the small area was purely cosmetic and there was nothing wrong with anything. Zac and his team even cleaned up some debris that was left from the home builder. I appreciate his honesty. In this day and age, i always have concerns with people trying to up charge or make more work for themselves. He could have easily gone that route. I was very impressed with Zac, his team, and Blue Horizon Exterior!

What an amazing outcome! Huge shout out to Blue Horizon Exteriors and Zac Tracy for completely reforming our home in unimaginable ways. It's not just the outcome of the stunning barrel tile roof or the near perfect painting of our home's entire exterior, but also the consistent communication, never ending professionalism, over-the-top support, and the daily oversight and engagement by the owner Zac that just wowed my entire family. For anything exterior to your home, I highly recommend reaching out to Blue Horizon first. You will be very happy you did!

With the summer rainy season approaching our local communities in Bradenton and Sarasota, ensuring proper drainage is essential for home protection. Clogged or damaged gutters can lead to water backup, which often results in costly foundation issues or fascia damage. Maintaining a clear gutter system is one of the simplest ways to prepare for sudden Florida storms. Our team provides thorough inspections to ensure everything is flowing correctly before the heavy downpours arrive. Why prioritize gutter maintenance: · Prevents water from pooling near the home foundation. · Protects fascia and soffit from moisture rot. · Reduces the risk of overflow during intense tropical storms. · Keeps landscaping and walkways clear of erosion. Don't wait for a leak to discover a problem. Whether located in Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, or Tampa, homeowners can rely on our expertise to secure their exteriors. We specialize in complete gutter services, including repairs and new installations, to keep homes dry and safe. Schedule a gutter maintenance check today to ensure full storm preparedness.Jun 15, 2026Learn more
