Obtaining a quote was very easy. Communication was smooth (scheduling appointments, site visits, quote preparation, etc.). Once the quote was accepted, it became very difficult to get a concrete completion date. I had to contact Gaetan several times for follow-ups, as I wasn't receiving any updates. I was flexible on the date and it wasn't urgent, but unfortunately, after three months, I cancelled the work. I was tired of chasing the company.

Very disappointed with the service. They were very quick to come and provide a quote but didn't follow up afterward. Despite numerous emails and phone calls from us, there was no feedback whatsoever.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Pro G. Construction inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
