  I hope his roofing is better than his concrete work. I hired Darwin Fernandez (Top level exteriors llc) to do the job I had advertised. His bid was low but he knew what the job entailed and assured me he could do it. He tore the deck off fine and proceeded with the patio. It was the worse stamped concrete patio I have ever seen. He admitted himself he accepted a bad load of concrete (it had begun to set up ). He drilled holes in my siding to secure plastic prevent splatter it didn't work there is splatter all over my house. He admitted the job was not right and agreed to remove the patio he poured. He jackhammered it out removed some of the debris and left huge pile. He kept lying saying he was coming then not show he did this so many times. I was running out of time the weather was getting bad this was the end of December. I ended up having to pay 900.00 to get the debris removed and grade out the yard from the mess he caused. We signed a contract that stated he would refund me all the money spent on the concrete. He was to start payments of 800.00 a month on March 1st. He has failed to even do this so I now have no choice but take him to small claims court. The point of this long text is do not hire this guy. He realized he was in over his head, did not have the knowledge or resources to do this job.
