  I tried getting in contact with this company and all the phone number didn't match the the website. We have a friend who does home remodeling and the phone number he gave us a phone number and that one didn't work. We had a issue with the roofing they did on part of our addition. We have water damage in the ceiling of our sunroom. So after a month of trying we found a roofing company who came out and fixed the roof so we wouldn't get any more water damage. Our friend who does home remodeling knows you and ask you to come by the house and you said you would. You told the friend that you stopped by and looked and everything looked fine. I guess the trap on the roof should have told you that everything was not ok. You told our friend that everything was fine when you stopped by but you didn't we have a doorbell camera. I pulled the phone number right off the website. That number didn't work. We had to pay someone to fix your mistake. Next stop BBB.

  My wife and I were in a difficult time sensitive situation. After almost losing our money (scammed) by two different roofing companies, I reached out to Bob. I explained to him that I received a letter from the insurance company, telling me that we had to replace our roof before Sept 15th. He was incredibly understanding and came the same day I called him, giving us a better estimate than four prior roofing companies. He also had the roof done the next week and in one day. His crew did an amazing job, my wife and I are eternally grateful and I would highly recommend him and his work. Thank you Preston Roofing, you are the best!
