  We sleep good at night knowing that this customer got an excellent warrantied roof system from Yarkey Roofing. We stand behind our workmanship and made sure that all the customer's concerns were fully addressed and resolved before we accepted payment. It is true that the crew made mistakes that had to be corrected. We never disowned these issues and made sure to fix them promptly. As far as his claim that a crew member lied, this can only be attributed to him speaking to a Spanish-speaking crew member instead of our General Foreman, Chad. This customer is unwilling to give anyone the benefit of the doubt or acknowledge that misunderstandings happen. We understand there will be some frustration when mistakes happen. However, this customer was way out of line. He was verbally aggressive towards the crew. For example, he menacingly gestured a slicing motion with his finger on his throat and was also verbally threatening to the crew while they were working. We maintained our professionalism throughout the entire process, again, only accepting money once the customer was fully satisfied that all issues were resolved. This customer even stated without any prompting that he would not be leaving a bad review. Weeks later and without any remaining roof issues, he changed his mind. If we were reviewing customers, this guy would also get one star. But no matter what, we will continue to warranty the quality roof that he received.

  Company contracted to roof the townhouse I'm renting. Came home from work and they had shingles all throw down on my grill and smoker. Thrown onto my motorcycle and ripped the cover and put scratches in saddle bag. When confronting employees they acted like no one was able to speak English. Employee was wearing a Yarkey roofing beanie or else I would not have known company. All vans are run down without any identifiers which drove through backyards a day after heavy rains and left huge ruts. Seems as though employees give no regard to property. Called company phone several times without answer. Hope others have a better experience.

  Exceptional company! Shed roof repaired after tree damage caused considerable damage. Covered damaged roof prior to work being done. If you want quality work they are excellent. Highly recommend! (No relation to company) Have previously done repairs for us.

  We are very happy with the work Yarkee Roofing did for us. Recent down poor and tight as a drum. When choosing shingle colors make sure you visit homes with those colors on them. We were surprised at how different they look in real life. Highly recommended.

  Two years ago, we had a great experience when Yarkey Roofing replaced our entire roof. Recently, after heavy rains, we noticed some moisture and stains inside the house around a second story skylight. I called Terri (Office Manager), who again responded cordially and quickly. She asked Mike Yarkey to come out and look at the problem, even though we were out of town at the time. Mike called before, during, and after the visit to discuss the diagnosis of the problem and confirm it had been fixed. (Evidently, a branch had fallen and damaged the seal around the skylight.) It is rare these days to get such friendly, competent, and responsive service. It is without hesitation that I endorse Yarkey Roofing. Thanks to Mike, Terri, and all at Yarkey Roofing, who make this business such a great asset to our community!
