The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Premium Roofing Jamaica. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning

Having done a few gutter installs myself, I liked that this team took a moment to explain how the new leaf guards would work, and finished in under three hours. They were far more thorough than the company we used two years ago, who missed a few little leaks that didn't show up until it rained hard.

The roofing contractor did a good job working with building management and they made the necessary repairs after looking at the shingles in about three hours. When they finished they showed me pictures of the places they corrected and explained what they had done.

It was a loose shingle that was letting water leak in, and they handled it quickly, tightening up the shingle and sealing the spot in about an hour. Luckily there was no need for a return visit this time as this repair was easier than my last roofing problem.

I expected a quick fix following the storm, and they did manage to replace numerous shingles and seal the damaged sections in approximately three hours. The estimate was a little off to start with, but they worked fast and communicated the entire time.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Premium Roofing Jamaica. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
