I emailed CR NYC group to request a bid. A representative replied within an hour and by the afternoon, a survey was scheduled for the following day at 10am. The rep that I confirmed with never showed up. After about 30 minutes I called to request a time update. I was told that the rep was busy and would have to reschedule to another time. I agreed to move the appointment. Second attempt: The rep arrived late. We did a walk-through and spent a considerable amount of time discussing the scope of work and what would be expected/required for the job. I never heard back from CR NYC so I followed up via email. After no response I followed up a second time as I understand that this is a busy time and that things do come up. I received a response within minutes that I would have an estimate shortly. I never received a follow-up from their estimator. While I did not get the chance to contract with this firm, I felt that the lack of communication and follow-through was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm.

Great work, easy to communicate with and the only company to not make unnecessary suggestions/extra work we didn't need. They confirmed appointment the day before, were on time and asked questions and kept me appraised to progress until work was done. Even though a good chunk of our yard adjacent to the house was dug up for waterproofing the basement, they put plants, dirt and brick path back in place and everything looks good as new.
