The critical reviews

I hired Premier Roofs since I had a really bad pigeon problem on the second story. The owner Carlos was incredibly helpful and was on the roof for a few hours. I feel so much better that i wont be having a pigeon issue anymore. He answered all my questions and was very detailed.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, the crew was punctual and respectful, and the entire job was completed exactly as promised. Carlos kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Premier Roofs. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
