This rating is for the company and the partnership they have with GAF. We are extremely disappointed and extremely unhappy. We have spoke to Julio, Vincent and GAF representatives, and even filed a claim. Still no progress or really much …

We had a new roof put on by Elite Roofing and worked with Vincent Vasquez (owner) throughout the project. Now after the recent blowing rain we found water leaking into an interior room. I called the company number and was assured that …

Stay away from this company! Several things went wrong with replacing the roof on my mom's home. Problem #1 - After signing the Contract, they tried to change the payment terms. They acknowledged they made a mistake and should have included language about a 3% credit card fee. Since, it wasn't included in the signed Contract, we did not pay this additional fee. Problem #2 - on the first day of work, my mom found one of the workers sleeping on her front porch for 1-1/2 hours. Problem #3 - Nobody spoke english on site and it was very difficult to communicate with the workers. They were extremely sloppy and left nails and debris all around my mom's home, even after they left each day. Problem #4 - the work was scheduled to last 1 week, but took almost 4 weeks, b/c of their sloppy workmanship and not passing the first inspection. Problem #5 - they damaged the chimney, garage and the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Problem #6 - My mom asked if there was any construction debris in the gutters and the worker said no. My 84 year old mother got up on a ladder to check and found there was a lot of construction debris left in her gutter (see photo). Problem #7 - I had to chase after them to provide me two receipts for the second and third payment. It took them two weeks to send me the last receipt. I would NOT recommend this company if you are looking for a hassle free roof replacement.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the experience your mother had during her roof replacement. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the challenges you mentioned, from the payment terms confusion to the extended project timeline. I want to clarify that the delay in completing the work was due to the city rescheduling our inspections, which unfortunately was beyond our control. We did our best to move things along as quickly as possible once the inspections were completed. Please know that we take your feedback very seriously, and we will be reviewing this project with our team to ensure that the necessary improvements are made. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we would like the opportunity to make things right. Thank you again for your feedback.

Elite Roofing and Solar just completed the repair with my roof which was leaking for a while due to a poor solar installation by Freedom. It took me 6 mos. to choose the right company for this job because of 41 solar panels in my roof. I …

My review may sound some what biased, since I have built a repore with them over the last two years, but take my word for it, they do excellent work. They replaced my roof and painted the exterior of my house. They work very hard, are thorough, and the end result shows it. I have been very pleased with the results ,and will not hesitate to reccomend them any opportunity I get.

Elite Roofing installed 40 squares on my house and garage. A full tear off and completed in one day. We opted for the GAF UHDZ shingles. Life time warranty on the shingles and labor is much longer than I will be around. This shingle install also gave me a $500 discount on my home owners insurance PER Year for the next 10 years. Also Veterans can get a $250 rebate from GAF until December 2026. If you call ask for Rick Moser and tell him I send you.

Great experience from start to finish. The crew was friendly and professional, and the office staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. The estimator offered fair pricing and a great deal. They even power washed the roof after installation, leaving it looking like new. Highly recommend!

Julio came out and provided a very fair estimate, was very patient and answered all my questions. After doing my due diligence I hired them.. they're very busy so it might be a while until they can start the work. But it's worth the wait. Roofers were very thorough , didn't stand around wasting any time. I had a complete roof replacement and they did a great job. They would clean up after themselves every day. I highly recommend Elite solar and Roofing..... Caesar came by following up after work was completed to ensure my complete satisfaction.....Great people and Great company...

Very happy with the Elite roofing staff. They came when they said they would, gave a reasonable estimate, scheduled the repair, completed the work on time and cleaned up as if they were never there. I would definitely use them again.
