  Hello, Renae ~ I know that you are disappointed that we are not able to provide you with an estimate based on our availability this year; however, I think that your real frustration stems from the fact, as you explained to me, that you had another roofing contractor lined up to replace your mother’s roof this summer, but they have ceased communication with you. It is discouraging that you left such a mean review because we are simply unable to assist you, and that you misrepresented facts while doing so. You initially called our office on July 13th and left a voicemail saying that you would like an estimate. I returned your call late that afternoon, and we connected and spoke on the morning of July 14th. I collected the information that we needed to get your mother’s property in our estimate queue, and in reviewing the estimate notes, I informed you, like each new estimate request that week, that 1) we were running 3–4-ish weeks out on the estimate schedule, 2) as of July 14th we were currently scheduling projects for late October to mid-November, and 3) if we halted estimates based on our availability this year, we would inform you. When you telephoned on August 3rd to inquire about the estimate, 15 business days from the date of our initial conversation, I told you that our work schedule was now full for the remainder of this calendar year and that we were going to be discussing within the next few days if we would be performing any budgetary estimates for the 2024 season. You didn’t like that and informed me that you needed to get a contract signed or the property insurance on your mother’s home would be cancelled. I told you that, just to be clear, if we did perform the estimate this year, there would not be a signed contract for work to be performed so far in the future. Yes, material costs are always one in-flux part of changing costs season-to-season, but there are other parts of estimates that require re-evaluation when work may be done 9–14 months after the

  Premier replaced my singled roof 20 years ago. After extremely high winds it has only required some minor roof maintenance and I was told it should last another 10 years. Wow to quality work and truly trusting and honest company. Highly recommended‼️

  Tracy and Dan at Premier Roofing are fantastic. They are both very professional and extremely nice. The roof was completed on time with no delays. Everything was explained upfront.   Premier Roofing is a top notch roofing contractor. They are excellent at communicating with their clients, they are punctual, they are friendly, they are considerate, they are efficient, and they offer great value for your money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend that needs roofing services, actually I already have. The owner of the company was present and was actively working everyday of the job.
