K-bay flew a drone over our roofs and shared concerns they saw. They did great work repairing lost shingles and fixing a seam that was allowing rain to seep under shingles. We highly recommend them

Would highly recommend K-Bay Roofing. They did a great job on our new roof and gutters a couple years ago. When our snow plow guy recently smashed a gutter piece, K-Bay Roofing was quick to get back to us on what parts we needed.

These guys were great to work with. Excellent communicators and got right back to me whenever I reached out with questions, when some other local roofing folks never did. Would calm them again for sure! They seemed honest and were very realistic in their estimation process.

We were very impressed with K-Bay from the initial quote through the installation. Hard working, professional, trustworthy and efficient. They provided a good value and high quality installation. Of all the companies we got quotes from, they rose to the top for a comprehensive install of faceboard, gutter system and snow stop. Highly recommend!

I was given a spot on K-Bay’s installation schedule by Kaden a couple of weeks out. I requested an earlier date if possible. Several days later I was offered a chance to move up the date. The crew came out, got right to work and several hours later great looking rain gutters were installed. Very good company to work with.

Thank you for the glowing review Joanne! We truly appreciate your support.

On this project, we replaced all the roof screws and installed a new aluminum chimney cap from Mike’s Welding to stop an active leak. Exposed-fastener metal roofs expand and contract with Alaska’s freeze-thaw cycles, causing screws to back out over time. To help prevent leaks, we recommend replacing roof screws every 10–20 years.May 11, 2026
