Roof looks OK, but in my opinion, they did not live up to the hype from the sales guy / owner. Staff was 2 guys most of the day (who worked very hard) but they struggled to finish the job, having to clean up in the dark. I was told that the …

Buyer Beware! I’m currently replacing a roof installed by this company in 2017. I have a 10 year transferable warranty from the previous owner, but Premier refuses to honor the warranty. It was a bad installation not done to code. Steer clear of this company!

Got a flyer on my door and thought i was getting a good deal. I told the man who came over that when the wind blew my roof was making a ton of popping and cracking noises that were really loud and that I needed that addressed. I got the new roof no problem, but then when the wind kicked up again the sound was still there. So I guess I paid for a new roof for no reason ;(

Premier Exteriors LLC placed an unauthorized sign in our yard for roof work they did not complete. They also left what appeared to be an assessment of the current health of our roof, which we did not request, nor is it even possible to conduct without being on the roof. We have never had the roof replaced since owning this home, and this is incredibly misleading information used to drum up more business. If we do need to replace this roof, we will NOT be contacting Premiere to do so, considering the level of dishonesty employed to try to gain new business.

This company completed my roofing project. I contacted them after receiving a flyer in my neighborhood, and they provided a competitive quote for a Tamko Level 3 product. Ricardo, the owner, was both courteous and fair. While I would rate their service five stars, I did find three nails around the property after the work was completed. I recognize the difficulty in achieving a perfect cleanup due to the small size of these items and their tendency to hide in corners. Overall, their work was excellent, and I intend to utilize their services for future roofing needs or other properties.

Ricardo and Lauren were so helpful as I vetted companies. They were eager to help and discuss options with me. Christian + crew were great on installation day, and Germany was considerate to explain the warranty at the end of the project. Great experience, A++! Thank you all!

I hired Premier Exteriors after receiving a flyer and shopping around for a bit. Ricardo was great to work with! He negotiated a solid deal with me for a new roof with a 50-year warranty. After a two-month wait for HOA approval, Ricardo quickly scheduled my install for the following week. The crew worked hard, arriving at 6:30 AM and finishing the whole job by 4:30 PM. A couple of tips for future customers: 1. Ask for all shingle samples: I got Tamko Titan, but I wish I had asked to see samples from Owens Corning, GAF, or CertainTeed to compare before deciding. 2. Protect your property: The crew's ladder caused some minor damage to my deck. Ask them exactly where ladders will go so you can put down protective coverings. 3. Extra conditions: Keeping their company sign in your yard might be a condition of your discounted deal. Aside from the minor deck scratch and not being shown other on-par choices for their premium tier, everything went great. I’m happy with the final product and hope it lasts a lifetime!

I worked with this really helpful, knowledgeable company to replace my townhouse roof. Ricardo, the owner, came to do the estimate and explained everything in depth to me. He clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge, and at no time did I feel pressured or unsure. He wasn’t pushy, and he answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I felt very confident in my decision to go with the Premier team. The cost of the roof replacement was very, very competitive, and I am confident in recommending Premier to others. The crew that came was timely, careful, and made sure to clean up. I was dreading getting this done, but it worked out to my satisfaction—and more. One big thing off my plate—thanks!
