  Charlie just drove away from a quick hit job on my roof. I could not be happier or more confident in a job well done. I called a few contractors about repairing a siding/roof issue from a recent storm, only one responded...one! And, thankfully, it was Charlie at New Dominion Exteriors. Charlie showed up to inspect and give an estimate on the next business day. He arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work and giving me the estimate. I accepted the estimate and we scheduled the repair for the next day. Again, he showed up on time and got right on it. The work was correctly completed, cleaned, and done quickly. In fact, he noticed another issue on our roof and fixed that too without any extra up charges. Remember that level of customer service? It has been a long time and it was nice to see again. If I ever need repairs again, or if any of my neighbors, friends, or family need repairs, I will highly recommend Charlie and New Dominion without a second thought.

  Charlie was really good to work with. Very responsive and always maintained contact so we knew exactly how things were going. We have yet to see how our new skylight will work in the rain (not leak) but based on our discussions and his explanation of the job being done, I am positive everything will be great.

  Charlie helped us with an insurance claim for wind damage to the siding of our house. He quickly secured the damaged siding area so we had time as we moved forward. Our house siding replacement went smoothly, he oversaw the work everyday. We are very happy with the final results.

  I recently had my gutters and downspouts replaced by New Dominion Exteriors, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Charlie and his team were responsive, clear, and kept me informed at every step of the process. It made scheduling and decision-making incredibly easy. The quality of the work was excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they do and pay attention to the details. I was also impressed by how efficient the entire job was. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the project faster than I expected.
