I had a great experience with using Preferred Exterior for my replacement windows. They were very professional and had a rep come do an estimate as well as the installer to have an accurate measurement. I had my double hung windows replaced as well as the bay window. Everything was done for the most part from the outside and they didn’t have to replace any of the interior molding. The house felt warmer in the winter and now it is a relief to be able to open the windows with ease now the weather to getting nicer. Even when I questions a part of the installation they assured me that it would be only done one way, the right way. I am very happy with the windows and service

A great company to deal with if you need a new roof. Quality work at a good price. My new roof was installed in one day and looks great. Much better work than the previous installer I had.

I would recommend Preferred Exterior for roofing. They were recommended by a family member who also received great service for their roof replacement. The office staff is patient, friendly and experienced. Brandy and Brittany provided exceptional customer service. The on-site workers were polite, on-time and cleaned up. The roof looks great.

I was so nervous trying to find the perfect roofing company. Well I found it. Preferred Exteriors. This company is so different then the others. They are not pushy. They explain everything to you. They explain the procedure and what going to happen the day of install. There was this one girl who stood out the most. Her name is Christine. And this is why I chose this company. Because of her knowledge, calmness, and she spoke to me with truth and professional knowledge and understanding of what and how nervous I was. This procedure is not like going to a.clothes store and picking out a shirt. Christine helped me in a calm manner. I made so many phone calls to her and she took each call, and answered all my tons of questions. She is the most understanding, professional and knowledgeable person I have spoken to in years. This Christine is a gem to this company. When they came to install the entire 10 men were professional, clean, precise in all that they did. They were exactly on time. They tarped all 4 sides of my home. They were quick and most importantly gentlemen in everything they did and said. In and out 1 day. I asked alot of questions. And the Forman told me exactly what was.going to be done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their roof done. I will tell my family and friends also. Thank you Preferred Exteriors for the greatest experience.
