Did a great job replacing my roof here in Alpine, NJ. Fast, clean, and reasonably priced. Real professionals.

  Reply from the business

Thank you, and glad the Alpine job went smoothly. Speed on a roof replacement is not about rushing, it is about bringing a big enough crew that the house gets opened up and closed back in the same day instead of sitting under a tarp overnight waiting on the weather, and that is also what keeps the site clean at the end. Precision Windows & Roofing appreciates the kind words and is here for roofing anywhere in north Jersey whenever you or a neighbor needs us.

I had to get a roof repaired and found this company and was grateful and happy with the repair. Joseph was the best explained everything clearly and made everything make sense. His team of workers also put a lot of effort which made the project a success. I am pleased with this company and will definitely use them for future repairs when they occur.

  Reply from the business

Thank you, Theresa, and glad Joseph took the time to walk you through it. On a roof repair the hardest part for a homeowner is knowing what actually needs doing, which is why an inspection comes first and why we explain what we found and why it matters before any work starts. Precision Windows & Roofing appreciates the trust, and we are here for roof repairs, gutter work, or another inspection whenever you need one.

Precision Windows & Roofing did my roof in Garfield, NJ a few weeks ago. Showed up on time, finished the job in a day, and cleaned up all the debris before they left. No issues so far, and the price was fair. Happy with the work. If you need a roofer in Bergen County, I'd definitely use them again.

  Reply from the business

Thank you, Mariem. A one day roof means the tear off, the new roof, and the debris all have to be handled before the crew leaves, which is why we bring the dumpster on site and run a magnet over the driveway and lawn for nails at the end rather than leaving you to find them later. Glad the Garfield job came out clean, and Precision Windows & Roofing is here for roofing anywhere in Bergen County whenever you or a neighbor needs us.

We got 2 glass replacements. Joe made sure everything was handled properly. The crew was professional and right on time. We would highly recommend this company.

  Reply from the business

Thank you, Kathleen, and glad Joe was on top of it. Two glass replacements in one visit is the efficient way to handle it, since the measuring, the ordering, and the crew's trip out get spread across both units instead of doubling up, and everything gets sealed and finished the same day. Precision Windows & Roofing appreciates the recommendation and is here whenever another window or door needs glass work.

They fixed my cracked double pane window the same day! Really nice employees that answered all my questions. They even let me drive my own window to them to save some money. I would recommend them anyone needing their services!

  Reply from the business

Glad we could turn that around the same day, James. On a cracked double pane window the glass unit itself is most of the cost, so bringing it to the shop yourself is a real way to cut the price, and the crew at Precision Windows & Roofing is always happy to explain that option instead of quoting the full job. Thanks for the recommendation, and give us a call anytime you need window or glass work.

Excellent service from start to finish. Precision Windows and Roofing replaced my roof and repaired my chimney, and I was thrilled with the result. They were not only very fast and efficient, but they also left everything clean and tidy as if nothing had happened. Their attention to detail was impressive; it even seemed like my house was the neighborhood favorite, as if Garfield himself had chosen their roof just to take a nap in the sun. Highly recommended! Don't hesitate to hire them!

Ernesto, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Roof replacement and chimney repair are jobs that create a lot of mess, so for the Precision Windows & Roofing team, leaving your property clean and tidy is part of the job, not an extra. We laughed at the bit about the cat looking for a place to nap, and we're so glad you loved the result. We're at your service for any roofing or guttering work in the future. Thank you, Ernesto. We're glad the roof replacement and chimney repair went smoothly and that our crew left everything clean. Precision Windows & Roofing is here whenever you need roofing or gutter work.

Precision roofing did an amazing job. They replaced a roof on one of my homes in Bergen County and their work was flawless from the beginning to the cleanup. Communication was very thorough and from start to finish they were honest. Usually we expect surprises from contractors, but there were no hidden surprises with them. I highly recommend them for anything you need in your house.

Full roof and new gutters in Lodi — brick two-family, stripped to the deck, architectural shingle over new plywood. We tore this one off rather than laying over the old roof, so the sheathing got looked at before anything covered it. Gutters went on in the same visit instead of coming back for them weeks later — the drainage is what protects a new roof, so it makes no sense to leave it for another trip.
