  Hi Parth, We appreciate your feedback. After our inspection, it appeared the leaking was caused by ice damming and water intrusion around the stucco area rather than an issue with the roof installation itself. Severe winter weather conditions can unfortunately create situations where water backs up into vulnerable areas of the home. We understand your frustration regarding the communication and follow-up experience, and we did make efforts to inspect the issue and address the concerns presented to us. We were also previously asked not to return to the property, though we remain willing to revisit the situation and discuss possible solutions if you would like us to do so. We take our reputation and customer service seriously and are always open to working toward a resolution.

  Stay away!!!!After meeting with roofing specialist ( week ego) still waiting for estimate. Phone calls,txt nothing works.Do not loose your time,find someone else to do right job.

Matt had to take an unexpected leave due to personal reasons but we'd be happy to get somebody out there today or tomorrow to give you your estimate! The office has tried to call you.   What a joke.. This company called me non-stop, finally scheduled an appointment, and insisted that both my wife and I be home. We cleared our schedule on a work day with two little kids, only for no one to show up. After I reminded them, someone finally arrived over an hour late. The “sales rep” never gave his name, spoke to me for less than five minutes, and told me to get some other quotes. He didn’t provide a price on site, promised an estimate soon, and here we are three weeks later with nothing despite me calling their office multiple times and talking to the same confused person. To make matters worse, Sebastian texted me again weeks later asking to book an on-site estimate, like the first visit never happened. The whole process has been disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I guess they are either too busy, too confused and unorganized or just don't want my business. If this is how they handle scheduling, I can only imagine the nightmare of dealing with them for an actual roof replacement. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

  Had a great experience working with Jason, Matt, and Jay at Allied on my recent roof replacement! They were thorough, professional, and courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions before, during, and after the job. I also appreciated that after we were aligned on the scope of work they were willing to work within my budget for the replacement without cutting any corners. Aside from the peace of mind of having a new roof that should last for decades to come, the roof turned out beautifully and has upped the curb appeal of my house. I would recommend working with Jason and the team at Allied to anyone looking at a roofing project!

  Met with Joe to get an assessment of my roof. He could’ve very easily sold me a roof installation. Instead, he inspected carefully different parts of the roof, to conclude that is still has some runway. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and honest. He already won my business for when I actually need to replace my roof.

  We love our roofer! Jason and Matt did a great job from start to finish making sure the project went smoothly and as expected. Jason's ability to communicate well helped ease some of the stress that could come with a roof replacement project. Matt did a site walkthrough ahead of time to make sure the workers knew what to expect. During the job they had a couple workers who basically cleaned the entire time which was great. Allied is fully insured and their pricing was competitive with some others in the area. Jason's ability to communicate well is what made them stand out from the others in my opinion. I've already recommended them to my neighbors for some siding work. Thank you - we're so happy with how things turned out!

  Excellent Experience from Start to Finish A+++ I could not be happier with the team at Allied Roofing & Construction. I made the unfortunate mistake of going with the lowest bid for several projects around my home. So when I found water dripping in my living room after one of the big storms in July I did my research and found a reputable organization. I called Allied in Lodi and they sent Joe M. out. He did a thorough inspection getting on my roof and in my attic. He explained all of my options and assured me I was in good hands. The customer service team of Vanessa and Ashley kept me in the loop throughout and so when the day came for my roof to be installed, there were no surprises. The crew led by Matt was quick, clean, and detailed. My roof looks amazing and best of all it works! I think what surprised me the most though was seeing the sales rep Joe climbing behind my shrubs to grab small pieces of shingles the crew had missed. I’ve never been so happy with a contractor before. I am completely impressed with everyone from their company. They’re going to be replacing my siding next and I know they’re going to do a beautiful job. Thank you so much your attention to detail is second to none!

  Recently purchased a home and my roof was 20+ years old and had several issues. Jason from Allied Roofing came and assessed my roof and the crew came and did their thing in one day. Can’t recommend them enough!
