Noticed cracked chimney mortar, a leaning chimney stack, or water leaking where your roof meets the chimney? These warning signs should never be ignored. Small chimney issues can quickly turn into costly structural damage, roof leaks, and safety hazards if left untreated. At Precision Home Construction, we provide professional chimney repair and chimney rebuilding services on Long Island. Instead of applying temporary brick patches, our experienced team carefully evaluates the entire chimney structure to identify hidden damage before recommending the right solution. Our services include expert chimney repointing, chimney cap installation, chimney crown sealing, flashing repair, and complete chimney rebuilds designed to protect your home from water intrusion and long-term deterioration. With more than 25 years of experience, we inspect every chimney for moisture penetration, damaged mortar joints, airflow concerns, flashing failures, and structural weaknesses.
