  Poor work, promises they will not keep, and a warranty the will not maintain and hidden fees. Do not use this company

  Originally purposed to instal leaf guards at no cost however was before client opted to get a free class 4 roofing upgrade in lieu. Maybe she forgot!? We certainly can't be working for free, after we waived the entire $2500 deductible as well as the $1500 roofing upgrade.......Plus there was more she wanted. Other items we completed at no additional charges that were not on our contracted agreement, we never asked for monies on. * Client wanted Chimney stack painted, we paid $300 * Client added a downspout structure as an after thought, and changed her mind 2 times so 2 trips were made we paid $250 * Clients chimney wall wood was rotten right through to nothing, we restored that at no cost, we paid $750 This review isn't sounding as grateful for Total savings of $6,050!! We completed the roof replacement in December when there was snow on the ground which is why we returned once the snow melted to clean up all nails and debris as you cannot see it until all the snow is gone. Re roofing for hail claim, does not mean we are to be re framing the roofing structure, the house was poorly build with buffalo board walls and has many informal abnormalities, home is nearly 30 years old. The client even told us the home had many surprises that she found after she purchased it. Upon installing siding in the spring, we have to expect some flexibility and movement with the dark colours, and it did need some adjusting ( I agree some siding cuts were made a bit sloppy) however ALL have now been taken care of. We wish Delanie the best at finding someone else to re frame her house for free.

  Very unprofessional. Fabrizio came out to give us a quote for our hail damage. Was nice at first but when we didn't show him the quote from the insurance he abruptly left and said he'll pass on us. It came out of nowhere. I guess he didn't …

  Recommend unnecessary repairs if insurance claims are involved. Only think about maximizing their own profits. I will never recommend them to anyone. No ethics and professionalism. These days their sales staff is busy in ripping NE and SE communities after hail storms They Force homeowners to sign a blank copy of contract without finalizing costs or scope of work. They never share their quotes and keep homeowners in dark after signing a contract.

  We were referred to Platinum Exteriors by multiple people in our community who hired them to fix hail damage that hit our neighborhood. All of the work looked great and many recommended them as they liked dealing with Cherie. She was helpful from start to finish in our process and even found things that were left out by the initial company our insurance sent for an inspection and estimate. Cherie's process was much more thorough, so we got the full benefit of our claim. She is very knowledgable, honest and easy to work with, we are pleased with the results. The crews who came to do the work were very friendly and answered any questions we had. 10/10!

  This company is run by one of the most genuine of people with a humble nature and a caring peraonality. I KNOW she will take care of you and your home with respect and honesty. You might even consider her a friend after getting to know her and her ethics. Definately recommend!

  Cherie was extremely helpful a professional. She was instrumental in providing the inspection reports to the insurance company that were required to replace all of our siding and not just the damaged surfaces. Her advice and follow up was extremely helpful. I would recommend her services to anyone who is going to be dealing with their insurance company.
